게스트하우스라 체크인이 참 어렵더군요
방은 청결하고 괜찮았지만, 수건도 추가비용을 내라했고, 방음이 전혀 안되어서 옆방 신음소리에 잠을 잘수가 없었음ㅠ

Very clean, modern double room with all the essential facilities (tea/coffee making, air con, safe, iron, hairdryer etc…). Private bathroom with modern décor and lovely double shower (occasionally leaked, but what hotel’s shower doesn’t leak!). Host was extremely attentive and helpful. It is a self-service facility but they were available via WhatsApp and always replied quickly, even with helpful videos when we couldn’t work something. Great location for exploring the city on foot too! Only downside is that the rooms are on the 2nd floor and there is no lift, so with large suitcases this was a struggle, but this was clearly advertised by the hotel so as long as you can carry your luggage I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location - just few minutes walk from train station and main attractions of Florence. Apartment was gorgeous! Modern, tidy, cosy and spacious. Perfect for romantic stay for couples. Hopefully we will be back soon!

Right in the middle of it all but still nice and quiet. Nice, clean, modern and convenient to both the city centre and the train station. Extremely nice owner, I made a mistake in my booking and he helped me anyway. The only small issue was the lack of light in the entrance and the stairs. I read about them before coming there and was prepared. I would recommend that something gets done about the lack of light in the entrance.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Aretemide Guesthouse was great for so many reasons. Walking distance from the Florence train station. Great communication prior to check in and during our stay. Great location, easy walking distance to everything. Room was small, but perfect for what we needed and we’ll equip. Right out the front door you have a cafe with wonderful cappuccinos and pastries, an Italian restaurant and a gelato store. We were also allowed to leave luggage before arrival or after check in, if needed. We left our luggage after check out, so we could explore some more. Although, it’s not secured. We felt very safe leaving our luggage. As it’s a 4 room guesthouse with only guest and staff having access. We stayed in room 4. Our bags were left in disturbed. Highly recommend!!

I was surprised by the room we got. So beautiful, clean and modern. The bed is really comfortable, we had a big TV and a small fridge. The rooms are in the 2nd floor with no elevator, so it's better if you pack light. The location is very good, very quite and just a few minutes from the main square. There are a lot of very nice restaurants very close to the location. The train station is just 5 Min away by foot. Really enjoyed my stay

Abbiamo prenotato la stanza con sauna e vasca, si trova in un palazzo al 2 piano senza ascensore, personale alla reception assente, si comunica solamente tramite messaggi. Non esiste alcun tipo di accoglienza! Per il prezzo pagato non ne vale la pena, la stanza presentava punti in cui era presente muffa sulle pareti e polvere sulle superfici. Ciabatte non fornite nella struttura. Pareti sottili e molti rumori esterni durante la notte fino a tardi. Pessima esperienza!
