在弗洛倫薩中心，離火車站很近，走路就能到。酒店設計很有藝術感，員工熱情，早餐豐富。弗洛倫薩經典基本走路可到，住了兩天感覺很好。

Milu Hotel is my first choice when visiting Florence. Everything and everyone is of the highest standard. Would highly recommend them to everyone looking for a great experience at you hotel.

The Milu hotel is unique and beautiful. The room was sparking clean and well equipped with amenities for travelers. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Front desk staff were so helpful too. Thank you

We had a good stay at the Milu Hotel. Location is perfect, and it's near to the train station.
They gave us an upgrade to a room with balcony. The room waa ready early and they sent our luggae up too.
Only thing is that there's some drain smell in the toilet once a while

Room was very clean and breakfast was delicious. Staff was very hospitable. The bed was a little hard - but bed type is preference. Great location.

As a solo traveler, I appreciate the staffs attentiveness and helpfulness. Property was fantastic and one of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed at during my italy trip. Was able to relax and explore. The girls who work there were great with suggestions and were helpful in assisting with your plans for the day. Location is fantastic, was in the middle of everything I needed/wanted to see - and about 8 minutes by foot away from the Duomo. They even helped me with booking a much needed spa day off property.

Very nice hotel with the best location. Perfect for couples. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was not the best. Other than that this hotel is really nice. It also has a sister hotel with an amazing roof top
