Good budget hotel, old but enough space and amenities if you just looking for a place to sleep and not particularly picky. The building is hard to locate. Staff was friendly.

Arrived at the guesthouse as it is not a hotel yesterday 15th Nov 23 around 3.30pm. Where the doorbell is was a note to call for check in. The management assumes whoever is checking in has a phone. My husband buzzed every bell in the building and someone let us in. When we got to the front door of the rooms we rang the bell, again no answer. There was a combination entry so my husband punched in a bunch of 4 digits and was lucky enough to find one that opened the door. The place was completely abandoned, no receptionist no management. We picked up the phone at reception to call someone to come and check us in and give us a room. Again no answer. Fortunately the rooms were available and open so we chose the smallest one as it felt the warmest. It's mid November and no heating is on anywhere! The management arrived the next morning I complained I was cold and they put the heating on for 10 minutes to appease me and switched it back off. Shortly after they disappeared and were never seen again. I asked a guest to call them and ask if they could put the heating on. The guest told me it will come on at 10pm it was 6.30pm at the time. I am writing at 10.30pm no heating. I am absolutely freezing we are using the hairdryer to warm up the bed. My toes are numb. The 1st night we arrived the CCTV never moved, once they realised we had let ourselves in and we're black people it moves as soon as we leave our room. If they had checked the camera's the day before they would have seen we got into the property and come down to check us in. I will be informing the hotel regulation board that they are running a "hotel" but are not physically present and not providing basic amenities such as heat in winter.

Quaint. Feels like you are staying in the real Florence. Desk manned for only a portion of the day. If you are arriving late, ensure you contact hotel for entry codes and room key. There is a code to building, code to floor of hotel and then key to room. Walkable from train station and walkable to attractions.

Çok merkezi konumda bir bed & breakfast. Görevliler çok sıcak kanlı ve yardımsever. Odalar temiz, eski ve otantik bir bina. Otel olmadığı için 24 saat resepsiyon beklentisine girmeyin. Anahtarınızı alıp istediğiniz saatte kendiniz girip çıkıyorsunuz. Kahvaltısı güzeldi, İtalyan kahvaltılıkları. Kahvaltı salonunda İstediğiniz zaman kullanabileceğiniz Espresso makinesi de var. Arka tarafta kalan odalara geçiş dar bir koridordan. Wifi hızlı.

Struttura in palazzo storico, le camere sono in cattive condizioni e con pulizia molto scarsa (per non dire Assente !!)così come la colazione (brioche confezionate, senza nutella ne’ miele….) ed anche i servizi offerti (senza teli nelle camere se non dopo richiesta) A mai più!!

La Corta dei principi Don't go here. Simply put. Because: 1. Black mold in the shower. 2. Very warm in the room. Refusal to turn on AC. Told me, "It's not July." 3. Mosquitoes while the window is opened. 4. Entry door and bathroom door scrape the floor. Rude management.

Hermoso lugar. El desayuno muy completo, variado y rico. Atención excelente.Muy confortable, limpio y tranquilo. Cerca de la estación, aunque un poco retirado del centro. La zona es muy tranquila y tiene varios comercios cercanos donde se puede conseguir comida y bebida.

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.ambiente pulito e ordinato.personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima posizione. Se in futuro mi capita di visitare nuovamente Firenze, di sicuro ritornerò in questo b&b.
