Cicerone Guest House

This place was a dump. It is run down and the cheap laminate flooring has a lot of wear and tear. The sink would not drain so you have to wash your hands and wait a half hour for the water to drain to continue washing your hands. The property has 9 rooms. The breakfast is nothing but fake juice ( sugar water and maybe 10% juice), coffee and pastries. I was given bread which was soggy when touched with bare hands so I did not eat it. The room was small and I had a view of the inner building. It was not special nor was it a bargain. I struggled to give this property more than one star. The host was not friendly and was not at the property when I arrived and after spelling my name and trying to get in, my first impression was not good since there was a huge bag of trash waiting for me at the door. The rooms do not have refrigerators and the lobby is small. This looks like they took an apartment and made it into 9 rooms. There is another lock da above this property and they promptly answer the intercom to offer assistance. The tv is small and the property advertises it separates trash but you only find one waste bin.

The room was nice and had a good location. Overall we enjoyed the stay. Breakfest could have small improvement. Its mainly White bread and sweets. Maybe and egg or something would be nice. Very sweet host

B&B a pochi minuti dalla stazione e praticamente a 10 minuti da piazza Duomo. Self check in per mezzo di ingressi con codici forniti la mattina via whatsapp, tutto molto semplice. Due lunghe rampe di scale per raggiungere il primo piano, da valutare in caso abbiate difficoltà. Presenza del personale solo al mattino. Stanza di dimensioni accettabili, no guardaroba, bagno senza bidet; aria condizionata, tutto pulito , funzionale. Letti alla francese, riposo di buon livello. Al mattino andate in cucina e vi preparano un vassoio per la colazione ( prettamente dolce ) con brioche fresche , marmellata, pane, yogurt, succo di frutta, caffè/ cappuccino e la consumate in camera. Considerati i prezzi di Firenze, l’ottima posizione e i servizi offerti, ritengo sia un’ottima soluzione.

Occupa l’intero piano di un bel palazzo antico, di quelli coi soffitti alti tre metri. Ottima insonorizzazione. Gentili le addette a reception e colazione. Pulito . Prezzo nella media. Peccato gli spazi rendano un po’ macchinosa la colazione , che ti viene servita su un vassoio che devi portare in camera dove consumerai il pasto su un tavolo un po’ improvvisato. Letto comodo, avrei preferito la presenza del bidet.

Ottima posizione a 650 mtr dalla stazione, la proprietaria è gentilissima così come lo staff. ! Lo consiglio, la colazione preparata a vassoio e portata in camera buona con quello che si desidera ! Si raggiunge facilmente il centro e tutte le attrazioni. Ottima la pulizia

B&b situato in un ottima posizione a circa 10 minuti dalla stazione e a 10 minuti dal centro. Ottima pulizia effettuata ogni mattina. Ottima ed abbondante colazione. Stanze abbastanza piccoline ma ben curate. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
