Staff cannot do enough for you! Absolutely delightful staff. Clean rooms we could have done with a couple more pillows but easy tram to Florence great restaurant around the corner fabulous food trattoria del orca which was recommended by the really helpful young man on reception.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was good value for the money. Very convenient place to travel to the city.Tramp was very closer to hotel.Overall we had a wonderful stay in the hotel. You can get to the hotel from airport. We flew to Pisa and took the train. Transport is very easy all over Florence. And the hotel is situated in a convenient place.

Siamo venuti in questo hotel per una gita scolastica e la gestione dell'hotel é molto simpatica e le colazioni sono buone però il lato negativo dell'hotel sono sono le stanze che erano molto piccole. Noi eravamo in 4 e in aggiunta i cuscini sono duri. Quindi consiglio questo hotel per chi come noi deve stare pochi giorni.

Hotel in buona posizione, vicino a fermate del tram T2. A cinque minuti a piedi parcheggio coperto aperto h24 con badge a 10€/giorno. Personale gentile, colazione dolce e salata gratuita e camere seppur di modeste dimensioni con frigorifero e aria condizionata, pulite. Consigliato per il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Come ogni anno soggiorniamo all'hotel Paganini e veniamo accolti con gentilezza e cortesia dal personale. Camera piccola ma pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Colazione buona. Complimenti davvero per la pulizia della camera, veramente ottima. Parcheggio auto a pagamento a 10 euro al giorno. Struttura situata vicino alla fermata della tramvia T2. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato.

Ne vous arrêtez pas à l'aspect extérieur peu engageant, l'intérieur est très propre et très bien agencé. L'accueil est très impersonnel voire assez froid. Le parking est en réalité à quelques centaines de mètres et n'est pas privé. La situation géographique est intéressante car proche du tram, idéal pour aller en centre ville. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt simple mais suffisant.

Prenotato e richiesto una camera per disabili, specificando piatto doccia a pavimento, arrivato in camera una puzza tremenda di fogna. Facendolo notare, mi dicevano che la puzza poi sarebbe svanita. Alla richiesta di un’altra sistemazione, mi facevano vedere una camera con doccia in cui sarei entrato per un pelo, essendo però amputato di gamba, con le stampelle sarei stato un fenomeno da baraccone se fossi riuscito ad entrarci. Dopo varie insistenze e dopo avermi detto che non avevano più camere disponibili, mi viene data una quadrupla, allo stesso prezzo. Metto le foto del bagno adatto (mica tanto) ai disabili,con soffione a parete, senza doccino, senza maniglioni da nessuna parte ed uno sgabello che ad ogni movimento scivolava ovunque. Hotel justo para pasar alguna noche. No busques lujos. Habitación muy pequeña, algo rota pero limpia. Tiene la parada de tranvía muy cerca, de modo que en 10-15 minutos estás en la estación de tren o en el centro de la ciudad. Dispone de un pequeño desayuno buffet. Lo peor? Al ser un hotel "barato" (para mí no lo fue teniendo en cuenta lo que pagamos y lo que ofrece), suele haber grupos de viajeros escolares alojados. La recepción no está las 24H abierta, de modo que por la noche, si los grupos hacen ruido, tienes que liarte a gritos y pelear para que se callen y te dejen dormir, como nos pasó a nosotros. Salí a gritos al pasillo, y gracias a un francés que me apoyó, conseguimos a la 1 de la madrugada poder dormir. Debería estar la recepción abierta las 24H, para evitar esos problemas y poder tener un lugar donde quejarte de cualquier problema nocturno. Es algo que los responsables deberían valorar seriamente.
