The room is large, and the ventilation system is good. The host is very helpful and will tell you how to access to the building step by step by phone call. You can also contact her via WhatsApp. Overall it's good with its location, as it's located in the city center with a walkable distance to restaurants and train station. However, if you afraid of hot, the room isn't suitable for you as they don't have AC. But two fans are in the room which is also ok for us as it's windy. It's a shared bathroom apartment, but overall the bathroom is clean because two rooms share one bathroom which is also okay. They will clean the bathroom every morning so overall it's not bad!

Это не отель, а общежитие. Плюс только местоположение. Минусы: 1. Цена явно завышена 2. Ужасное заселение в ожидании. Сначала ждёшь, что тебе откроют дверь. Затем муки с этим умным замком. И ничего толком не объясняют. На Вас наплевать 3. Удобства в соседней комнате, и дверь которая закрывает постоянно западала и был риск не выйти оттуда. В ванной вроде как ещё убирались. 4. Из комнаты мусор не выносили вообще. 5. В комнате не было ни холодильника, ни чайника. Лучше выбрать отель подальше, но с удобствами и будет дешевле. И будет отель, а не общежитие

La verdad no tiene nada que ver con las fotos que muestra y las instalaciones , en ningún momento aclara que el baño es compartido . Podrían poner otro sistema para cuando la gente quiere entrar a la habitacion ! Por el precio que tiene seguro hay muchos más y mejores condiciones

商家不根據客户的實際情況修改侄宿，無論多少天説也沒有，有強迫消費的傾向。

進門很費勁，沒有前台，而且明明寫了前台可以説法語，然而她並不會説，而且廁所也是共用的，房間裏都沒法洗手，很不方便，不過好在房間是乾淨的

位置一般，有一點難找，房東回覆的不是很及時

沒有獨立衞生間，就是學生公寓，排雷。

Host was courteous and very hospitable. Place felt like home away from home. Pristine clean and exactly as described in photos. It was really Very spacious and lot of storage space available. I recommend this property to every traveller travelling to Florence.

The room was nice but we found it confusing to get into the building with multiple keys and codes. Location was perfect for the train station but was far from everything else. Staff was very responsive and helpful. The room was nice but bathroom was okay.

he bad was very small for the two of us. The radiator was broken in the room and upon complaining it was told that it runs on automatically if the temperature drops drastically, however the radiator in the hallway was running. There was no proper room service also.

Great hotel! This hotel doesn’t have many reviews however we really enjoyed staying here. It’s a great location, ten minutes walk from the train station and just a short walk to the centre of Florence. It’s local, the room was quiet and really clean bedroom/ toilet. Easy check in too.

I stayed at Homelink- The key Florence just round the corner. I sent multiple emails that got unanswered. They charged me twice for the stay. I prepaid 2 days before my stay and then they took the money again this time out of my bank account just as we were arriving into the building. Notified them and she said it was down to lack of communication,she wasn’t aware that I had already paid. Her tone over msg was rude when dealing with it and sadly her English is very poor,so that didn’t make the process of being paid back easy. Awful mattress and shower,stains over walls. The building is pitch black when entering which isn’t ideal. Definitely wouldn’t stay again and I wouldn’t recommend it either.

The pillows are very bad. Dont lose your money. Haz caso a la puntuación o vas a tener mal experiencia. Este lugar deberían cancelarlo. Las almohadas no sirven, son solo bolas. No hay shampoo, te dejan una toalla pequeña para dos personas. Te dan datos para entrar solo hasta el final. Y tienes que pagar si te pasas un minuto después de las 20:00 hrs y todo es por Whatss app
