Great Hotel. Excellent location and accessible to most attractions. Pleasant check-in and can state that all staff were extremely nice and helpful. Amazing room provided (complementary upgrade). Kitchenette with sitting area, large bedroom with comfortable bed and pillows. Large bathroom with a massive spa bath. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

酒店地點很好，離所有景點都能步行而至。但在限行區內。拉行李的路都是石頭路。套房很大。酒店早餐也很豐盛精緻，品種足夠齊全。會推薦朋友。

非常 有現代感的一家酒店，喜歡他的地理位置。步行可以走到幾乎所有著名景點。離網紅咖啡衹有160米，絕對不要錯過！

酒店離火車站和公交站都很近，酒店房間看起來也比較乾淨。但是酒店連礦泉水都不提供，這個價格還是有點性價比低。可能是旺季的原因吧，我衹能這樣理解了

很貼心的服務 會幫忙叫車 因為是蜜月旅行 還送了我們一瓶酒 還佈置了房間 感謝 位置也很好 周圍去教堂很方便 就是早餐一般

Posizione eccellente. Personale attento e molto cordiale. La struttura ristrutturata unisce il passato al contemporaneo e rende il soggiorno incantevole. La stanza ampia, curata nei particolari con materasso e Topper comodissimo. La colazione è ottima. Se nella spa si aggiungesse qualche lettino relax in più e un bagno turco sarebbe superlativo. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

The most perfectly situated hotel - 2 mins walk to the hub bun of the bustling City! The room was fantastic; breakfast very good and the staff, particularly Simona ( night time receptionist) so friendly, helpful and obliging. The spa was an added bonus - thought times of usage possibly rather restrictive?

The staff at this hotel are so nice. They made our stay very enjoyable. Francesco and Andrewa (sp?)and Cristina were especially helpful to us when my husband left his ipad at the airport … They went out of their way to solve to solve our dilemma. They had so much patience with us and we are very grateful i reall love our room as well . It had a wonderful outdoor deck that had a beautiful skyline of the churches nearby.

The place looks really nice, but I didn't realise until after I had booked that the pool cannot be used by under 18s. This is really odd and surprising given that it came up in a list of of hotels that were good for children. I don't think I have ever come across before - sure, limited times are normal but not an all-out ban. My kids will be so disappointed. Trying to cancel - let's see how we do!

We literally are on the train leaving Firenze and wish we could have stayed in the city and this hotel a few more days. We got one of the suites and it was one of the largest I have ever stayed in. From the pictures I thought it would have been half the size. Great location and can't say enough about the charm, size and cleanliness of the room. They have great amenities we did't even use. Very impressed, will be back.

This would have been a 5 star review had it not been for the rules regarding access to the swimming pool. We paid premium prices for this hotel as it had a pool which is rare in Florence. However, it is only after booking your accommodation that you find out that use of the pool is limited to one-hour pre-booked sessions and that under 18s are not allowed. My son who is about to turn 18 in a matter of a couple of months was denied access which was incredibly disappointing, it's not like he is a little kid nor was he going to be using the facilities unaccompanied. Feel like we wasted our money and could have found something comparable without a pool at a better price. Your policies need to be more transparent and made clear at the time of booking not afterwards.
