Very nasty room. Had to book last min and I ended up sleeping in my car. Placed closed after I checked in.

Evening front desk manager was great.
Late checkout needs weren’t communicated unfortunately leading to angry housekeeping.
Room wasn’t very clean when we checked in.
Room had all the basic necessities.
The front wall doesn’t block any noise whatsoever, so any car starting, plane, someone talking, all sounds like it’s in the room with you.

I will never stay there again. There were multiple cigarette burns in the bedspread, and when I asked them to come change it, they brought other ones with cigarette burns in them. Outdated property they need to invest a little money.

We had to cancel our reservation due to a family matter and did not stay in the rooms so my review concerns the property itself. I feel this property is in desperate need of updating to represent the brand. Prices in Ashville are pretty high in this was to be a value stay for my family however, the condition of the property was not up to Super 8 standards in my opinion.

Room was very nice, but I was there for 4 days and by 3 days , the trash wasn’t emptied, the coffee wasn’t restocked and the room wasn’t cleaned. Breakfast was a paper bag with a granola bar, fruit cocktail and apple juice.

The parking area is not near the rooms, so it was very inconvenient. The shower curtain was moldy. The floors were dirty, and the walls were dirty. We didn’t see any bedbugs, however. For the amount of money we paid it was very disappointing although the people at the desk were very nice.
