Stayed for one night first time at this hotel, family of 4. Parking lot was a mess with storage boxes for remodeling. Staff was very professional and polite. Room was remodeled nice but cramped.
They left the "cottage cheese" ceilings though. Random "Recovery Fees" and Parking fees charged on a pre-paid room? This was not a downtown hotel. Not cool!

Why is the pool out of service? We literally picked this hotel so the kids could swim. The hot tub is a 6 foot diameter circle and that’s all that was open. Breakfast was late in the morning, but that was due to short staffing and to her credit she was trying.

Staff were very nice and helpful with finding the right room after a mishap of giving us a room with a king bed and not 2 queens.

The hotel is situated in between two busy roads. The noise from traffic is really bad and making resting and falling to sleep hard.

This property is in a perfect location, close to the major routes. Parking is available at a fee. Breakfast is included in your booking price. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The room is small, the desk lamp doesn’t work . The bathroom is very basic. The wash basin and toilet are in the same room, which means that only one person can use it.

Customer service was top tier (front desk)! The room was great but I did notice the shower was not cleaned, it was gross. Leftover hair from prior guest, yellow and green slime on tile and it looked like red crayon in one of the corners. The rest of the room was great! Breakfast was average.
