Spa fantastica, unica pecca è stata l'acqua fredda della doccia in camera. È stato risolto il problema dopo quasi un ora di attesa.

The hotel was fully priced. Rooms fine but a/c very poor. But the worst bit is the service. Bar / restaurant / breakfast staff all very poor. A 15 minute wait for a beer - and rude service at the same time. And asked for a cappuccino three times at breakfast before I finally got one. They are either under staffed or badly trained. Very poor. Cannot recommend.

I wish I have a word to qualify and quantify the beauty and prudent hospitality of this AWESOME PLACE. It’s more than I can explain. You need to be here. They treat you with utmost care. It’s indeed HOME AWAY FROM HOME. Fedirika ensure we have awesome stays she’s always there for our needs. She rendered us speechless. Above and beyond. (She’s indeed a wonderful woman) very oriented and superb. And of course my good friends from restaurants André , and the two Anthonio and of course Noemi they are all awesome people. We are sure coming back again. I wish I can rate this property above the 10/10. Thank you!

Very bad customer service especially at the reception. They are absolutely not collaborative and difficult to deal with. Very poor value for money. Only infrastructure save them from getting a 1. Room service personnel and maids are instead very excellent. Overall they speak very little English
