"I love this hotel because they make you feel like you’re home! I was welcomed by the front desk sweet nice lady Zeynep and general manager Mr. Murat küçük and Mr. Erdinç Misirli and was offered an upgrade !! They even called me to remind me ad my daughter of the breakfast time .,,they ask me about my day when I come back to the hotel and asked me if I wanted anything!! So helpful that they offered me information about the city… I want also to thank Ms.Beyaz ( hopefully spelled it correctly)as she was very nice as well.. keep up the good work guys.. love you all 🙏"
