酒店房間很好，服務也還行，酒店位置也不錯，餐廳據説是非洲排名前三，但試了一下晚餐的招牌菜感覺很是一般

酒店很有文化也很有味道。訂了豪華套房，給了整個酒店一樓最角落的套房，又黑還不能拉開窗簾，外邊緊鄰泳池，人走來走去。估計是全酒店最差的豪華套房，物無所值。

We had a wonderful experience. The hotel is truly a palace. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Sending our thanks to Brahim and Mohamad at the front desk. The patio in the evening is a gem not to miss. We would LOVE to come back during summer to try the swimming pool, it looks amazing. The details and small things bring authenticity and life to the place: woodwork, paintings, sculptures and the mosaic art. If you have a complaint, all is dealt with thoroughly and fast. Chokran for a delightful stay.

Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. From the staff to the rooms to the services…. Just amazing!!! The Hamam is amazing…. Highly recommend it. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel every day. Both the food and service was excellent. Highly recommend the hotel.

Beautiful, large converted palace which feels like a modern, classically styled hotel. Public spaces were open and airy. Full front desk and lobby that was able to exchange a small amount of currency, a large open courtyard that overlooks a pool (closed for repairs during my visit in April) and 2 restaurants on the top floor with both inside and outside seating. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and the service was very good. Wine, beer and cocktails were available. There are several steps, large and small, within the main areas and there is an elevator available to reach both the restaurants and the rooms. Our Riad Suite was tucked away on a lower level, was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. A small plate of fruit and cookies were delivered upon arrival. Overall, a luxurious stay which I can recommend.

I visited the spa for a fantastic deep tissue massage. Thank you so much for the amazing experience. This spa is my favourite in Fes and I will always come back. Everything is very clean and the products are of premium quality. I would highly recommend.

A beautiful Ryad hotel with exquisite traditional decor. Quiet location . Great staff - especially Sou Fian who went above and beyond to help us.The rooftop restaurant was the venue for buffet breakfast and Ramadan buffet- both of which were amazing in variety and quality

Great accommodations with wonderful restaurant with good choices. We were a family of 3 and had a suite which was plenty roomy and included a second bathroom. Nice breakfast with omlettes made to order. Charming rooms with extensive tilework. Friendly and helpful staff.
