The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The riad is in an excellent location, close to all the main attractions. We loved everything!"

Environment: Finding your way through the many alleyways was a bit difficult. Some Moroccans offered directions but then asked for tips, though the owner kept them out. We didn't give them any. The environment was very tranquil, and the courtyard with the pool was beautiful and perfect for taking photos! Service: The service was excellent. They made green tea for you upon check-in and asked what you wanted for breakfast. You could find all sorts of Moroccan cuisine!"

"First of all, I want to highlight Ibrahim, the receptionist, not only for his kindness but also for how helpful he was to us without expecting anything in return. Our flight was canceled due to the power outage in Spain, and we had nowhere to sleep. We contacted him, and he immediately solved the problem. He also found accommodation for two acquaintances who were also without a place to stay and took them to another riad about 20 minutes away because this one was full. The accommodation is excellent value for money (you can find all sorts of options in this area). The room was large, beautiful, and had a private bathroom. Ibrahim serves each guest a freshly made breakfast and makes coffee or tea with great care and attention to detail. He also plays guitar in the dining room some afternoons, and the tranquility he brings is amazing."

"I have never had such a bad experience. I have no words for the absolutely wrong behavior of the woman at the reception, Hasnae. They subsequently charged us for the 3 nights of accommodation even though we didn't stay any, since we had to leave the site on the first night due to all the complications that arose from the first moment. We arrived around 4:30 p.m., after having told them that we were by train and that we would arrive shortly. From minute 1 the impression we had was of a place that was not equipped to receive guests, the accommodation was under construction. He told us we had to wait a bit before going up to the room. We waited for more than an hour and a half downstairs to have access to the room, after 6 hours of traveling. The bathrooms on the ground floor were very dirty (with underwear lying around) and, apart from construction materials (bags of cement and so on), there was a lot of dust on the stairs. The room was smaller and more cramped than it seemed in the photo and the bathroom did not match what appeared in the images. This is the least of it. There was no shower gel or shampoo, as it should have been included, and neither were they provided when we asked. Well, it can happen. We returned in the evening after dinner and found cockroaches in the room and on the beds. There was no one at the reception and, having no other option, we had to find another place to spend the night and where we went at 1:00 in the morning. The next day the Riad had been contacted by Booking, since we had contacted customer service to notify them of the situation and that we could not stay there for not complying with even the minimum. We stopped by the Riad to explain everything that happened personally and tell them that we were going to stay somewhere else. Not a "sorry" or anything like that. The woman listened to us and, when she told us that we had to cancel the reservation, I told her that they had to cancel it and that from booking they needed to receive an email confirming what had happened on their part and that we had not spent a single night there. We went to talk to her twice and with the excuse that she did not handle the reservations and that the owner was in another city, she told us that she would contact me in an hour. He never contacted me again or responded to my WhatsApp message. He also didn't give us any option to meet halfway. Nothing. He also charged us for the full 3 nights, knowing that we were somewhere else and that we had to pay there too. It has been very bad management by a dishonest and lying person who is only interested in money and who does not even know what it means to dedicate yourself to this profession. We feel disappointed. I leave it to your conscience. May this thirst for money at the detriment of other respectful and honest people bring these people what they deserve in life and in their work. "

However there were a couple of things that we did not like. We had booked a room that in the end was not where we stayed. They told us they'd give us a better room, as the original one was too noisy. I suppose that was true, that the original was too noisy, the one we got did not get sounds from the interior, although it was way too loud outside. Bring earplugs. Also, out bathroom did not have a door, only a curtain, and had a pretty uncomfortable configuration. The towels were not fully clean."
