Hotel is really bad. Non stop barking from the room nextdoor kept me up all night. Walls are paper thin. Definitely worth it to spend a little more to avoid this place.

Nice clean hotel

The property was recently renovated. It was clean, and the front desk person, Sam, was helpful. There was a full hot breakfast and 24 hour coffee. The only negative was the AC unit in our room didn’t work, but the temperature was fine. I would stay here again on the way to/from Florida.

Overall ok…. TV was terrible…. stop working stating no signal. I was only there one night so I dealt with it.

The receptionist was in a bad mood when I got to the counter. Once I said good evening, she was practically yelling saying she was so busy and how people are rude. I was in shock and just stood there until she was finished with her call and what she was trying to retrieve. (The person hanged up on her). Walking towards my room, I noticed the hallway windows were open. I’m sure it was because of the damp smell. Hallway carpets looked old. Doors don’t look safe and my room has also dam smell. Shower faucet was leaking and had trouble with it. Door for the fridge that was in a cabinet kept on getting stuck to open it. I’m glad I only stayed for 2 days.

For a last minute, stay at a decent price, the service was great, the room, you can tell was recently remodeled and the bed was comfortable for the night. Had my pup with me and the room didn't have a pet smell which was great and well-cleaned. The breakfast was great with a full hot breakfast and 24-hour coffee in a nice updated modern lounge area with a fireplace. Great spot to relax after a long drive.

This hotel was nice to look at. But unfortunately the other tenants were extremely loud, you can hear everything. Anyone does anything you will hear it. One had dogs that just barked and barked, 11pm, 5am it didn’t matter. Not a comfortable sleep while we were there. Staff didn’t interact much with us, and the internet service was not great. It went in and out.

It a very nice inn to stay at. The check in was seamless and went very smoothly. The check in person was very helpful and courteous!

Upon arriving the lady at the front desk was being rude to another gentleman checking in who wasn't prepared I guess. Upon going to my room which looked worst than what a red roof inn would look like smh, i discovered my door did not lock anyone could've piahed the room door open and they could be in the room, I called down to the front desk and immediately the lady began to lie and say she has no available rooms to put me in that i would have to slam my door hard to see if it locks, I then proceeding to let the lady know that with the room door not locking becomes a safety issue for me because anyone can help themselves to walk in and she either needed to redirect me to another hotel and issue me a refund or another room , she then miraculously had another room available, didn't offer anything for the inconvenience or nothing. This propety is not up to daye just looks like they slapped paint on the walls and called it updated. Stayed at plenty of La Quintas and this by far is the only one that reminded me of a motel 6 type of establishment down to staff and all.

Room was clean and comfortable. Water pressure in bathroom was poor. Breakfast was not very good.

Was charged for smoking in the room (I don’t smoke). Still trying to dispute the charges. Steer clear, there’s always another mediocre hotel next to the freeway.

The rooms were not as clean as they should have been and the WiFi would not connect -- I reported it and they said they would get someone to check it in the AM (This did not help as I was hoping to complete some work at night.

What a great hotel room! Everything was so clean and inviting for a person who just drove 12 hours straight . Very friendly front desk woman, I came a little early and she was very helpful and professional. La Quinta is the best bang for ur Buck !!!

Very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay there next time we are in the area
