A little tired and outdated, restaurant staff excellent but not enough of them

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The location was great, my daughter in law and i walked to go for coffee and snacks. Would definitely stay there again.

Make sure to get your deposit back when you check out! Me and my husband were there on a business trip and didnt ask for it back. When i inquired about it two months later I was told we got it back. I explained that the charges were still on my credit card at which time I was informed the bed frame fell off the wall so we had to pay for it! I wanted pictures and was sent pictures of a different room. I have been ignored by management ever since! As for the room, it was dated, constantly had to ask for toilet paper but otherwise we enjoyed our stay and were planning a trip back until the deposit incident.

For my first time at your hotel I am very impressed with the property and the staff were beyond awesome

This is a beautiful hotel, clean with stunning rooms and a wonderful view of the lake. Staff was friendly and very helpful. There is no elevator and staff was quick to help with luggage. Great restaurant too. We would be happy to stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay that allows you to be close to Halifax without having to stay in the city.

Very nice property. Liked everything including having a great meal in the pub. No elevator, so may be a bit combursome for some. Our party of 3 was fine on the second floor. Definitely recommend and within 10 minutes of the airport.

For couples, this place is a perfect get away from the kids for a night. Wife and I loved the bedroom Jacuzzi and fireplace. Oliver's pub is lit for a perfect romantic mood. Price is Right as well. Hope others enjoy as well.

The property is in a good location. Being an older property there are some things that could be updated/repaired in the rooms. The headboards where showing their wear and the heater in the bathroom is covered in rust. Some basic repairs would go a long way to update the room especially for the price. Extra pillows would also be better as there was only one per person.

The Inn is very quaint and the staff are wonderful! The restaurant and the pub both prepared enjoyable meals. Ally has service in the pub nailed down to a science! :)

The property was nice, but I was expecting elevator service. No mention that there is none and at 92, it makes a difference.
