The hotel is really nice, quite. Hotel staff is friendly and make every service smoothly. Hotel room is clean and provide amenities. Breakfast is good taste and good quality.

Though it was a business trip but Serena turn it to a leisure with their top of the line hospitality and amenities which comfort you all the way that you don’t miss anything of your normal routine like gym, swim, etc.

That was fantastic experience . Serena hotel faisalabad provides you rich cultural vibes and very classy feel. The staff is very good and the services are very good. Mouth watering Food with excellent taste and vibes. Swimming pool was very good with temperature control. Location is excellent. Highly recommended. Solid 5 stars *****.

I used to stay in this hotel quite often in past. My recent stay here was after a gap of about 20 years. Unfortunately, I have noticed that, overall, quality of service has gone down.

We all went out as a family 15 people. Food was a Buffett system. When we got home we all had food poisoning. Leave the food out too long with no hygiene facilities in place. Needs fresh food to give customers not to leave out all day. Never again. …!!!

It is welcoming, clean, serene and relaxing. Faisalabad Serena 's tranquility and amenities will make you come back again. In sweltering heat outside the room and lobby temperatures were that of a hill resort. Fantastic place!

It was one of my most memorable stays. Excellent quality of food at basant courtyard as well as the environment was amazing. Rakaposhi restaurant was Level up. Room service and interiors ❤️✨ and breakfast at wildrice restaurant was a cherry on the top.
