Ulasan Superior Dunedin Apartments

I needed a reservation for two rooms. After booking one room the second room was not available. When I tried to cancel the first room (because one room was no good for me) I was told that I could not cancel. I will not do business with Trip.com or these apartments again if I do not get a refund.

Great location Unit clean except soap dish in shower and extractor fan

第一次入住全程自助的motel 全程自理。 門口牌子會寫客人名字。簡單明瞭x 設施：設施齊全 餐具 茶包 微波爐 杯子都有細心準備 但拖鞋需自帶 幾乎任何酒店都一樣（新西蘭境內） 床墊子超級舒適 支撐感很好。很好的睡眠。 衞生：乾淨 一塵不染 滿意 性價比高 環境：安靜的住宅區 早上看到了小貓 整潔乾淨明亮 服務：雖然是自助的 因為我晚上很晚才到 店主給我留了燈 很温馨 也謝謝攜程的服務。我的電話卡 是買的流量卡 打不了電話，他們幫我耐心與店家溝通 非常及時！

總體很不錯 住了一晚 舒適温馨 入住和退房都很簡單 省事 位置郊區 有車的沒所謂 總體很不錯還有貓咪 入住還有一瓶小份牛奶🥛

房間很大，一張1.8大床，房東超熱情，房間的衞生很乾凈整潔，小車可以停在房間旁邊，拿取行李也很方便。

挺好的，還有貓咪，而且貓咪應該是教了的不能隨便進房間，設施設備都很不錯，也好停車

很乾凈的小院和房間，房間設施也好。但是離市區遠。

Didn't find my stay pleasant... Noise coming through the walls. No salt and pepper. No dishwasher detergent

Lacks a towel rack, and would be nice to communicate with person on-site.

We were arriving late so I had to contact the property which wasn't the easiest as there was no answer but then I got a message asking to text instead. After that it was pretty straightforward and they arranged the arrival to accommodate our late flight. It would have been nice to have blackout curtains or blinds as the light from outside the unit was shining in and made it difficult to sleep.
