"This is not a 4-star hotel — it may have been in the past, but not anymore. The swimming pool was not working, and there was no prior notice about it. The rooms are very, very outdated, with old furniture that looks nothing like the photos. The mattresses are also very old and already deformed, making them quite uncomfortable. There are no complimentary coffee, tea, or water in the rooms, and for bathing, only a basic 2-in-1 shower gel is provided. The TV is extremely small. The gym is not really a gym — it’s just a dusty room with about four machines and nothing else. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet is satisfactory, and there is private parking available."
