"The hotel is perfectly located directly at the beach. We enjoyed very much the air conditioning in the room, as outside was very, very hot and humid. The receptionists were very helpful - the young man let us use his personal charger and the woman let us check in a bit earlier than the regular time. Breakfast staff was very friendly, too. The rooms were quite big and very clean, but the bed was not comfortable. I would recommend the hotel further. Thank you!"

We live in Costa Rica and go to the beach every few months. We have a couple of places that we visit on the Caribbean side and Encantada is now our go to establishment on the west coast.
