"Environment: Very good, just next to the exhibition hall, the first choice for exhibitors.
Facilities: You think there should be not necessarily here, such as disposable items such as toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers are all to ask to provide you, but fortunately I have my own.
The catering service is very general, it is better to eat outside.
Behind is a paid park park with beautiful scenery.
Service: The hotel should have a standard, there is nothing to complain about."

"The rooms are well furnished also a little away from the typical room. My room had separate toilet and shower, very pleasant.
Small Manco, an unforgettable object 4 hours after the CA, was allegedly not found in the room, which is bad. So small he wasn't.

The hotel has a gym, which is small but enough for exercise! Next time I come, I will continue to choose here!

VVasilikiThe hotel location is excellent, right next to the train station. However I had to change 3 rooms as the heating wasn't working properly and there were no staff to attend so I had to keep going up and down to reception to take photos and show them. Also no kettle in the room or complimentary coffee. I was told these were only offered to 'executive' bookings, which is very disappointing as this is pretty much expected these days. Other than that the hotel was fine: clean, safe, spacious, not noisy.

AAngela808The hotel as a whole is okay. Every time I come to essen, I stay here. The breakfast is not as rich as before. The main reason is that there is no heating and only air conditioning in winter, which is not very comfortable. Some service staff can't speak German, and I feel that the hotel is not as good as before. can cook

The underground parking lot was not extremely crowded, but the charging stations were all broken (the attendant said they sometimes worked and sometimes didn't), which is very consistent with the style of Germany - unreliable.

RRobi enjoyed my stay here immensely, the staff were helpful, they gave me a late check in due to travel arrangements & also provided iron & ironing board when I requested it. I would have liked to see milk for the coffee available in my room, & at times the property behind was a little loud. but still an excellent stay
