Hotel is clean and nice staff is super friendly! I had trouble opening my luggage as the lock was faulty it changed the passcode without me knowing. I called the hotel front desk and asked if there was any service that could break the lock, but instead the staff offered to help to solve and in the end she cracked open the code for me!

The check-in experience was very good. We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon so we went upstairs directly for afternoon tea. I recommend coffee and fruit. This is my personal reason. The hotel is very good overall. I like the fragrance, so I have a good first impression of this hotel. The room is large and the view is very open. For breakfast, I recommend trying the pasta. The service of the hotel is very good. It was a bit difficult for me to carry a lot of luggage, but the lady at the front desk helped me get on the elevator, which touched me a little. The place is spacious and clean. In this cold weather, the place is also warm. The receptionist is really nice, I got a period cramps on a check out day. She allow us to do late check out. However, it is 50 yuan per hour but it is acceptable for us. Anyway the location of this hotel is good. It is walkable distance from hotel to chunxi road and downstairs have 24 hours mart. One thing need to point out is the entrance to the hotel, at first we don't know where is the entrance but it is inside the gate then turn right. There is the lift to go to 3rd floor which is lobby. Hope this is helpful for the first time customer to this hotel.

Not bad, booked two rooms, stayed for a few days, and was quite satisfied. However, the air conditioner in my room suddenly worked until the last day I left... But it wasn't very hot, forget it. The hotel is not far from Jiaozi Park, with various restaurants and services nearby. The room has good sound insulation, sanitation and facilities are also OK, the elevator requires a card (high security), and a four-star price-performance ratio. The breakfast is a bit average, not too many choices, and the key is that when I went to eat at 8 o'clock, there were already ”leftovers”, cold and several dishes were basically gone. The staff only cleaned up the table, and no one wanted to replenish the dishes.

The hotel room is spacious and bright, the bed is comfortable, and it feels good. The hotel is also very conveniently located, close to the bus and subway, and taxis are right at the door. There is a small restaurant next to it, and the front desk lady is enthusiastic and provides 24-hour service.

During the Spring Festival, I came to Chengdu to book Hualong Hotel. The front desk of the hotel was warm and friendly and gave away slippers and electric toothbrushes. There were welcome fruits. The hotel has a ground parking lot. Breakfast is also rich in nutrition, overall is good

1. Disappointed a little bit as I couldn't manage to check in my room due to a room shortage as I need to return back in the late afternoon in order for me to enter the room. 2. The bathroom bathtub requires some maintenance and cleaning since it's an old hotel. 3. Informed the staff standing at the entrance asking to please inform me when my airport transfer vehicle arrive but they ignored it.
