Hotel dengan Wifi di Chengdu

Dalam perjalanan kembali ke Hong Kong, saya menginap semalam di Hyatt Centric yang baru dibuka di Chengdu. Lokasinya sangat nyaman, hanya 10 menit dari Stasiun Kereta Timur Chengdu. Setelah turun dari kereta api cepat, taksi dengan cepat membawa saya ke sana. Begitu saya turun dari mobil, saya disambut hangat oleh Experience Curator hotel mereka, Jasmine. Ini langsung mengubah perjalanan yang sangat melelahkan menjadi menyenangkan, menghilangkan semua kelelahan. Fasilitas sambutan yang disiapkan juga sangat penuh perhatian. Saya sudah menginap di banyak hotel mewah, tetapi lukisan cat minyak dan koran yang digambar sendiri oleh Jasmine benar-benar menyentuh hati saya. Saya juga mencoba restoran mereka untuk makan malam. Saya harus mengakui profesionalisme grup Hyatt dalam hal kuliner. Masakan Sichuan-nya sangat otentik. Saya sangat merekomendasikan teman-teman dari luar kota yang menginap di hotel ini untuk langsung mencoba masakan Tiongkok mereka di hotel. Setelah makan malam, saya juga pergi ke bar hotel mereka. Koktailnya indah, lingkungannya sangat bagus, sangat santai, dengan angin sepoi-sepoi yang bertiup. Ini adalah tempat bersantai yang luar biasa di tengah kota. Saya menambahkan dua sarapan di meja depan untuk sarapan, harganya sangat terjangkau! Saya sangat menyarankan jika Anda punya waktu untuk menambahkan sarapan di meja depan, harganya sangat menguntungkan. Terima kasih kepada Jasmine yang membuat seluruh masa menginap saya sangat menyenangkan dan terasa seperti di rumah. Akhirnya, saya benar-benar ingin memuji bagaimana kamar dibuat gelap sepenuhnya. Ini pertama kalinya saya tidak perlu memakai penutup mata untuk tidur. Tekanan airnya juga sangat kuat, jarang ada hotel yang bisa mengatasi tekanan air sebaik ini. Kualitas tidur saya meningkat pesat. Di sebelah hotel ada mal, bisa dicapai dengan berjalan kaki, sangat nyaman. Setelah ini, jika saya kembali ke Chengdu, saya hanya akan memilih untuk menginap di sini. Sangat direkomendasikan!

Penginapan di Chengdu ini benar-benar melebihi ekspektasi saya dan layak mendapatkan nilai sempurna! Sejak saat saya memasuki hotel, pelayanannya sangat ramah dan hangat. Pelayan sangat sabar dan teliti dalam membimbing dan menyambut kami. Resepsionis ramah dan cepat dalam proses check-in, dengan sabar memperkenalkan fasilitas hotel serta restoran dan tempat wisata terdekat. Selama menginap, kami membutuhkan bantal tambahan sekali, dan setelah memanggil pelayan, bantal tersebut diantarkan dalam waktu kurang dari sepuluh menit – sangat cepat dan dengan sikap yang sangat baik, memastikan kami bisa beristirahat dengan nyaman. Fasilitas hotel juga sangat baik. Seprai di kamar lembut, dan kasur memberikan dukungan yang sangat baik, memungkinkan kami tidur nyenyak setiap malam. Kamar memiliki Wi-Fi berkecepatan tinggi, TV layar lebar, kulkas mini, mesin cuci-pengering, dan perlengkapan mandi bermerek, yang membuat saya merasa sangat yakin menggunakannya. Mereka bahkan menyediakan pembersih tangan berbasis alkohol. Mesin cuci-pengering sangat nyaman bagi pelancong jarak jauh seperti kami. Lingkungannya juga luar biasa. Terletak di pusat kota, hotel ini mudah diakses, dengan dua jalur kereta bawah tanah tepat di bawahnya, namun bangunan itu sendiri sangat tenang, benar-benar bebas dari kebisingan luar. Koridor dan kamar-kamarnya sangat bersih, rapi, dan terawat dengan baik. Jendela-jendela menawarkan pemandangan kota yang luas, dan kamar-kamarnya berventilasi baik dan terang, sehingga membuat masa inap sangat nyaman. Chengdu juga menikmati cuaca cerah yang jarang terjadi, haha! Singkatnya, ini adalah pengalaman menginap yang sangat menyenangkan, dan saya pasti akan memilih hotel ini lagi lain kali saya berada di Tianfu Square dan Chunxi Road.

Power Stone Hotel (Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley) is one of the most comfortable and beautiful hotel we have ever stayed so far except for one: the noise of construction besides the hotel. But got to say the noise only affected us on the day we checked in at 10am after a red eye flight. I did not even hear any noise for the rest of the stay since we went out in the morning and return in the evening. The hotel is hidden away from the main road but walkable. Feels like a little paradise away from the world. It uses smart home technology in the room - to draw curtains, to on/off the lights, to on/off the television, even to ask about time, weather, date, day etc. Quite fun to give instructions to 小石. The room is clean, with convenient layout and with amenities that we should have. The hotel also provides complimentary snacks for afternoon (6 types per room) and wearing hanfu experience. There’s also a 古琴performance from 5:30 to 8:00 in the hotel compound. The hotel staff are also the friendliest and most helpful. Check in and out was very smooth. Initially they offered us rooms at level 2 but as the rooms are next to the construction site, they offered to change our rooms to level 6. Fast response from staff to all our requests made through the chatgroup. The hotel has a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers. One unknown fact we got to know was that the staff on the first shift each day would disinfect the washers and dryers. Provided assurance that our clothes would be clean. Overall, it has been a great stay for me and my mum. I would love to come back again.

This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Harga wisata May Day sangat memuaskan, hotel berbintang sangat hemat dan pelayanannya baik. Variasi sarapannya juga banyak. Balasan WeChat dari Butler Jin cepat dan responsif. Lokasinya bagus, Anda bisa berjalan kaki ke banyak tempat wisata. Kamar orang tua-anak juga besar, dan ketiga bonekanya sangat lucu. anak-anak sangat menyukainya

(For context, I was a black female solo traveller) Location On a long street with many restaurants and shops along the street and a self service ATM 5 -10 min walk away, including a small market in the mornings. It is a residential area, so you will most likely be the only foreigner, but people are extremely friendly and helpful, albeit the stares. The entrance faced the main road and was well lit. There is a flight of stairs that you will need to go up to get to the hostel area. If you have not tried hot pot, I would def recommend going to the Haichiniu Xianxianqie Beef Self service Hot Pot place which is around 5 mins walk down the road. Quite far from the centre of the city however it is extremely easy to get to. During the day, there is a close proximity to the underground around 10 min walk, and there is a bus that I took from the city centre to right outside the hostel door where the bus stop was. If you are going through the night/early morning, it is extremely easy to catch a taxi through apps and it is quite cheap (around 40- 70 yen) and the road is very well lit. I felt completely safe in the area. Service Chu, the hostel aunty is warm and helpful, and gives you a sense of being home away from home. This included being made some home made dumplings to celebrate Golden Week which tasted delicious! She gave recommendations on places to go and made sure that I kept safe when out. As another review said, it can be a bit difficult communicating if you don't know Chinese as no English at the hostel or around the area is spoken and it can get quite draining/ mentally challenging at times for us, however Chu still tried her best to communicate regardless and I really appreciated the effort. To get around this and to make your stay more enjoyable, I would be sure to have WeChat set up prior so you can use the chat translator and have your google translate app out ready. (N.B Make sure you are able to set up the account and get the WeChat validation/security text through your HOME sim/data roaming as opposed to attempting to set up your account on your E-sim which won't work). Facilities It is a hostel that provides what you need. The things that took my British head some time to get around was the shower situation and the bed; namely the shower as it was more typical of an advanced bidet than standard shower. However, it was kept exceptionally clean after my first day there and I did my part of keeping it clean by bleaching it down. The bed is quite sturdy, typical of Chinese beds, so I would recommend bringing a blanket or similar to lay on the mattress so you can get to sleep. There is an upstairs area where you can use the washing machine or wash your clothes by hand and an open area to hang dry your clothes. Make sure you have some cash ready to give to Chu to use the machine. There is a vending machine that you can buy snacks for using the your WeChat pay. There is a seating area at the top where you can sit down and eat, smoke and chat. Once you are used to the different products used (i.e remembering the slippers, using the shower etc.), it becomes second nature and a very comfortable stay (funny story: I was sitting on a desk chair outside my room and being use to the chairs in the UK being quite heavy, I swung myself around and ended up falling off the chair LOL!). Cleanliness Like I mentioned above, the hostel is kept exceptionally clean and I had no concerns around hygiene once I got used to the shower situation. The cleanliness is what I can say was a huge benefit to the hostel. Considering how large the place is and Chu is the sole host, it is kept evidently very clean and Chu will be sure to tell you to tidy up too lool. People in China are not a fan of strong smells/ fragranced things so you will not smell bleach or such products but after seeing a storage room, I can assure they are being used! The photos in the other reviews capture it exactly so you will not be surprised when coming to the place.
