One positive aspect is the hotel's location and the comparatively affordable price for a stay, which is certainly a plus for Eschborn. Additionally, there are free parking spaces available over the weekend, which is convenient since the parking garage would otherwise cost a staggering 19 EUR per day. Another advantage is the good shopping options nearby, so you're not dependent on the hotel breakfast. Unfortunately, these positive aspects barely save the day. The rooms are in a deplorable condition—almost disgusting. It seems like they haven’t been renovated for over 10 years. Offering rooms in such a state to guests is simply unacceptable and a strong reason to avoid this hotel in the future. Sticky furniture surfaces, outdated and obsolete TV sets, chipped walls, damaged furniture, and a shower that desperately needs descaling—all of this makes you feel uncomfortable. It feels like the hotel has been abandoned, with the owners just trying to squeeze out the last bit of revenue. The air conditioning, which produced more noise than cooling, added to the negative experience. The only remedy was to open the windows, which wasn't ideal either. And this wasn't just a one-off issue: after rejecting the first room on the 3rd floor due to its condition, the replacement room on the 5th floor was no better. In the end, we left a day early because we simply didn’t feel comfortable.

Staff incredibly helpful during issues we experienced with air conditioning not working. Parking free. Petrol station and supermarkets on site. 10 minutes from Frankfurt airport if transiting. Room amenities good, would stay again if in the area.

We stayed her for one night on our coach tour home to the uk. The evening meal was absolutely dreadful. There were 28 of us on the tour, and only one man to serve us. Plated up meals were served up to us from an older type two tier catering trolley. No menu was available. So it was a case of like it or go without. Potato soup....told sorry no bread available. Main course was a huge pile of rice with a piece of chicken on the top with one spoon of sauce, also cauliflower, broccoli & carrots ALL served up cold with the rice being hard around the edge of the plate so it had obviously been standing about for a while. We then were given a small glass of fruit salad with a small piece of ice cream on the top. The fruit salad was SO hard we had to leave most of it. Sorry to say we would not recommend staying her if this is what guests are expected to eat.

We travelled with an organised tour. The rooms were clean and comfortable but the evening meal was unacceptable. We were given no choices or alternatives, very poor as I have food intolerance. The soup was tepid, no bread rolls available. The meal consisted of a lukewarm chicken breast with cold vegetables and rice with a lukewarm tomato based sauce. Part frozen fruit with small amount of ice cream, which I was unable to eat. Again no alternative. All of the food was brought out on a trolley uncovered, quite clearly all previously prepared. The gentleman serving /collecting dishes it was also covering the bar.

Visited here and reviewed in July 2023, I returned this week in the hope that things may have improved - no improvements it was worse. I’ve just returned home after a 3 night stay for a business trip. Food I ordered on my arrival Monday evening wasn’t particularly tasty, at 15eur for a beef lasagne and 7eur for .75L bottle of water I expected something much better. I couldn’t pay by card, I was told my card wasn’t working - it wasn’t my card at all it was their payment terminal. My room was cold, draughty, permanently smelt of cigarette smoke from people smoking out the front of the hotel under my window, the bathroom smelt mouldy, the room smelt musty and wasn’t particularly clean. The furniture was shabby, walls needed a lick of paint and the bed was really uncomfortable. The breakfasts this time were quite basic, no breakfast tea only herbal - we aren’t all coffee drinkers. When I return to Frankfurt in a few weeks I’ll avoid this hotel and find something nicer elsewhere. Next time I come to Frankfurt I’ll be avoiding this hotel, i

Good size, calm and clean room, had everything I needed. Windows can be opened, AC a bit noisy though. Good parking in front of house (free) or in garage (15€/ night). Walking distance to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Stable wifi during my stay. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. Good for a business trip.

Hotel & room clean. Hotel staff polite and helpful. Breakfasts were very nice. Bed very uncomfortable as 1 mattress was higher than the other. Room extremely hot as the air-con wasn’t working, this was reported to reception and I was told they would look at it. Later my colleague reported it again to be told that reception had turned the air-con colder and if it still wasn’t working I’d be moved the next day which was pointless as I was out all day until late evening. Returned to the room and air-con still not working but pointless moving as checking out next morning. No bottled water was made available in the room I had to buy bottles from the bar at €t7,00 a bottle.

There was a small issue during my stay but the way this issue was dealt with was what really impressed me. As we know, everyone can make mistakes but it’s how it is dealt with that matters. 10/10 For customer service. Staff are humble and friendly, Mark and a lady receptionist who welcomed me upon my arrival (sorry I don’t know her name) deserve extra credit. Thank you The quality of the hot buffet is very good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Thanks all for your hospitality.

If you are in any doubt of the poor service that was provided for us, see the attached photographs. Shocking food. Few slices of cold meat and bread for both Saturday and Sunday evening meal at 1800. Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere. Lazy, poor service.

Very convenient place to stay during the fair. The Hotel is at less than 15 minutes from Mess. The staff is very kind and do everything to help you during your stay. Nice place and buffet is very good.

Während die Zimmer samt Mobiliar dringend renoviert werden müssen, um wieder einem 4Sterne-Status entsprechen zu können, ist neben dem Sevice und der Küche vor allem der Empfang zu äußerst lobenswert und verdient sich somit wirklich 4Sterne!

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel . Accueil peu sympathique, chambres quelconques . Aussi, j'ai souhaité annuler la réservation le matin de mon arrivée pour un motif qui se justifiait. Étant de plus un très très bon client Accor. La responsable a refusée sans réelle raison (si ce n'est la politique de réservation qui indique qu'on ne peut plus annuler après 23h59 la veille). Les échanges à ce sujet ont été très fermés, rigides et froids. Donc, rien que pour cela, je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel . Fort heureusement, tous les responsables d'hôtels Accor ne sont pas comme cela !

Chambre réservée pour 2 personnes , statut Platinum. 5 nuits. Chambre prete pour 1 seule personne (il manque 1 oreiller, 1 couette (car les petites couettes ne sont que pour 1 personnes. Surclassement en raison du statut, seul point positif, mais quelle est la différence avec la chambre standard vu que le mini bar est payant ? Gros problèmes de staff : Pas vu un seul allemand d’origine Ils sont tous typés du moyen orient , Pakistan’, Afghanistan etc Amabilité 0 Sourire 0 Pire , lorsqu’ils se rendent compte qu’on est deux hommes ensemble, ils font la sale tête. Par 4 fois en 5 jours !! Et oui, si ce mode de vie en Europe les dérange, il ne fallait pas venir chez nous . Nous rentrons un soir vers 19h, nous disons « bonsoir » au réceptionniste, et ne répond pas . Sans doute n’a t’il pas entendu car il avait des oreillettes . Très élégant . Et cela plusieurs fois ! En plus ils parlent mal l’anglais . Ils ne comprennent même pas quand on leur demande du gel douche . Savent ils lire ce qu’il y à écrit sur la bouteille de gel douche (qu’on me ramène du shampoing ?) Je ne comprends pas pourquoi Mercure All Accor emploie ce genre d’individus . La chambre : climatisation bruyante, envoie peu de frais . Wc non séparés de la sdb Parking très cher (17€ de mémoire) alors que dehors c'est gratuit. Quant au resto de l 'hotel : encore des serveurs du moyen -orient qui ne comprennent pas l'anglais, on nous présente le menu du bar (très cher) 88 € à 2 pour : 2 steak frites, 1 eau 3 verres de vin D'autres clients ont eu le droit à un vrai menu (du restaurant) Nous n'y retournerons jamais.

Das Hotel liegt am äußersten Rand von Eschborn und ist von Frankfurt aus mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nicht gut erreichbar (S-Bahn bis Eschborn Süd und 15 Minuten Fußweg). Es liegt am Rand eines öden Industriegebiets - der Blick geht teils auf andere Funktionsbauten, teils auf den Acker und die Autobahn. Das Hotel ist ebenso nüchtern wie funktional. Die Zimmer sind recht groß und ganz gut ausgestattet (Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, eher kleiner Fernseher). Fenster lassen sich öffnen. Leider rauscht die Lüftung auch, wenn sie ausgeschaltet ist; auch Verkehr ist im Zimmer hörbar. Die Betten sind in Ordnung, aber nicht besonders bequem. Das Essen am Abend- und Frühstücksbüffet ist nicht außergewöhnlich, aber gut. Der Zimmerpreis schwankt enorm: Reguläre Preise unter hundert Euro pro Nacht sind eher angemessen als die Preise von knapp zweihundert Euro, die in Spitzenzeiten aufgerufen werden.

Frühstück gut, Empfang freundlich. Gästewünsche werden jedoch nicht berücksichtigt oder man wird vom „Hotelmanager“ abgebügelt…das Hotel und die Zimmer haben die beste Zeit hinter sich und sind dreckig, kaputt, ergo nicht das Geld wert.
