"Rooms and furniture are old Service terrible: only one towel for two guests. I asked for the towel and it took forever to bring it. Bed in terrible shape, not at all for a good night sleep. Curtains are awful The screen is very small and old Not a good experience at all"

Imperial Golf View Hotel

"Hotel lost its charm already many years ago. It is designed for conferences parties and other large events. But these don’t happen anymore since a long time. The furniture could definitely do with an upgrade. Beds are ok at least do me. Bathroom is acceptable although tiles need deep cleaning. Water pressure at times very faint. Hot water has to come from far away before it reached the room. Price wise there are other hotels in the neighborhood that are cheaper and offer better comfort. Staff is friendly and honest. Left a tip for cleaning lady and she came back to me saying I had left money."

The surrounding area is quiet, with few supermarkets or restaurants (the hotel has a restaurant with a menu, but prices are not cheap). You can take a taxi to Victoria Mall, a shopping mall and supermarket in Entebbe town center. There is a small bus station about 500 meters from the mall with minibuses that can take you to Kampala city. (🛀) Facilities: Toiletries, slippers, private bathroom, kettle, no bottled water (there is a water dispenser at the front desk). The room is not small, but relatively clean and tidy, with a fan and mosquito net. (👱♀️) Service: All staff are very warm, attentive, and polite. (🍽) Dining: Breakfast has a menu, all à la carte, including fruit, juice, coffee, tea, sausage, bread, and eggs. It's quite good and nutritionally balanced. (💰) Price: 183 RMB per night including breakfast, December 13-15, 2025 (🎊) Value for money: Good value for money. (🇨🇳) Review: 📶 The Wi-Fi is really bad; there's no Wi-Fi in the room, but there is at the front desk. There are no power outlets by the bed, which is very inconvenient. Suggestion: Install bedside lamps, bedside power outlets, and Wi-Fi coverage."

"Staff rude. Power went off in room at 10 pm. No hot water in morning as water heated by Power. Bed very hard. Mosquito nets didn't stop insects. Bitten badly. Traffic noise all night. Bar music till 12 am. Order breakfast for 6 am but didnt deliver any. No lift but porter did take bags up stairs. Taxi service very expensive. $25 usd to get to airport. Uber only $5 usd. Please don't stay there."
