We had a wonderful stay at lough Erne. Hospitality was above and beyond. Such friendly staff. Food was exceptional and portion size was healthy. Enniskillen town down the road is great craic for a night out

We have been to this hotel about 8 times over the last 36 months. It is excellent!. Since the last time, I've been to castle Dargan, manor house, and a few other hotels that are around the same price. Nothing compares to this hotel. I'll be back very soon. Food is super, rooms are kept very well, staff are very attentive and the Catalonia restaurant is superb. Love the place. Had a bit of a hiccup the last time we were there but I'm sure the next time all will be good

Surrounded by the lake and two beautiful golf courses, this palace-castle style resort looks amazing both inside and outside. Great services and dining experiences as well as free boat trip were excellent. We definitely want to return again.

My husband and I used to go here every year for our wedding anniversary. Unfortunately the standards have dropped in most of the important areas. Still wondering how it managed to get hotel of the year! Would not return again. When I shared my opinion at checkout they were not bothered.
