Location is superb. Within 10 mins walking from the train station as well as the mall. Only downside during my stay is that construction work ongoing. Also, it’s near a busy street with busy traffic.

good location in city center Thamrin, small room just enough for 2. The so call table mix with TV cabinet very small, not really enough to put a laptop nicely. Toto butt auto wash add point. Cozy soft bed, not suitable for those who like hard bed. No buffet breakfast but ala carte breakfast, very good.

Some furniture broken, hotel must repair before release room to customer. Service is very good Location is good

Friendly staff (Egi) at reception was able to communicate very well in English. However, I have got a faulty room with a broken head shower and some other minor issues he was unable to resolve until the higher manager (Deni) came over and changed my room to a better unit. I would like to thank the manager (Deni) for his thoughtful attitude and great assistance to resolve my issue. Let's review the stay, I'd say sleep on the city view side might be a bit noisy as you can hear the bike noise during sleep time. Breakfast was delicious. It's not a buffet style but you've 3 good choices to pick from. All day breakfast was superb.

Great location within walking distance to BNI City Station and Grand Indonesia. Breakfast at Jco Reserve is also delicious. The room is small but not a problem for this price. The door knob in the room was sometimes difficult to open, so it took some practice.

Strategic location, very close to the Dukuh Atas MRT gate, walkable to Grand Indonesia / Plaza Indonesia / Bundaran HI. Breakfast western style ala carte JCo, only choose 1 menu from 4 types of menu, and not a buffet model, given 1 piece. Quite good. Dove soap and shampoo. Room 909's AC is very hot, have complained 2x but the result is still the same, have tried to fix it from the center, but it's like just wind, like running out of freon, asking to move rooms is not possible Towels smell bad, asking to exchange them for new ones is the same, especially after being used, it gets worse. TV channels are very few, and there are white spots on the TV when changing channels Maybe the hotel should consider renovating, because it's a shame that the location is already strategic
