Front office staff had arranged a room that I was satisfied with after I told them about the air-con could not work properly in the room assigned before. The room was in great shape and offered a relaxing view outside the window, though having bathroom amenities and stable Wi-Fi would be perfect. I was pleased with the service provided by the staff, including the front office and housekeeping team. The restaurant's food lived up to expectation, making for a satisfying stay.

Went sydney in Apr 2025.l stayed in ibis sydney. The hotel location great near transit.Very conveniently located to shopping and food outlet.The hotel was very clean and neat.Breakfast was good. The staff was helpful and friendly.Rooms was spacious .Had a great stay here.

Easy and convenient in and out procedure plus courtwous staff. Good location accessible to central station, parks, restaurants and cafes.

It’s ibis so standards are there. Also, the express checkin and checkout services v good. On the other hand, wifi a bit too weak.

It would be great if the toilet can be larger. The hotel is located in Surry Hills, which is quite convenient. Service is fine. Its just that you have to check-in and check-out by yourself. Facilities? They have a restaurant and bar. Nothing nice to watch in the TV. Cleanness i ok. I can see it is renovated.

Convenient location: A short walk from the Museum station to the hotel. Take the railway to Museum Station to & from either the Domestic or International airport.

I stayed for about week. Staffs are so kind and polite.It was good stay.Breakfast was also good!!

The staff was helpful and the room is ibis standard so we knew what to expect. The breakfast was very good and I really recommend to include the breakfast at you booking. Location is very good close to lots os touristic point and the Museum train line so super easy access to airport and any other point.

Not bad, but the 3 lifts need some updates. On the last day, 2 lifts were out of service and we've been stuck on the 3rd on the way down. Not the best experience!

Had a nice stay at the hotel. Location is great, near bus and metro stations. There are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The room was okay, the staffs were helpful. The only thing that needs improvement is the cleaning service.
