Con Respecto a la limpieza del sitio no tengo queja alguna , Lo único que no me gustó que faltando al menos 40 minutos para mi Salida 11Am; Estaban tocando a mi puerta en más de 1 ocasión ; yo estaba claro la hora en cual tenia que abandonar la Habitación... Más de eso no tengo queja ...

The facility is well cared for, but a bit tired. The bed was ok, but a bit saggy. Elevator and laundry were fine, a good safe inexpensive place.

The floor looked new, but the walls were worn in the ceiling head holes in it. For the most part of the property is rundown. The pool area seemed nice being close to the major highway. It was a bit noisy.

Well worn property. Location was convenient for me as this was a work trip. Reasonably clean. Great restaurant across the street. No affiliation to the hotel.

The owner was knocking at the door at 10:59 am making sure our checkout was not a minute late. Not acceptable after spending many consecutive nights here. Also found sand in the bed indicating sheets were not properly cleaned.

Overall, we liked staying here, the place was clean, and quiet, and the staff was friendly and did a good job cleaning the room. We would stay here again.The price was the lowest - by ＞$100/night - we found. The downsides: it's NOT "fancy". It is very "spartan" - no carpet anywhere, minimal furniture in room, bathroom door lock was on the wrong side of the door. Probably not everyone's cup of tea, but it met our needs, and was quiet, clean, and friendly.

This is an older hotel and the furnishings were in poor condition. The mattress definitely needs replaced. The bedding felt "damp" and the next morning when the tile floor was wet we figured there was a definite moisture issue. On a positive note, the bathroom was renovated and plenty of hot water but not a good experience.

While walking up to my room, the man that checked me in beat me to it. He came out with an ozone machine. The room still smelled of smoke. The lamp shade was broke, ceiling was falling in and the faucets were stained and filthy. The end tables still had cup rings and stains as well. It was a very depressing room. I went back down immediately and was refunded my money.
