Ulasan Glamping - Unique Stays at Karuna El Nido

The DOME was beautiful and the view was breathtaking! We loved our stay here and would recommend it for couples who want unique accommodation. The staff was amazing, so helpful and accommodating. It was easy to communicate through WhatsApp for anything we needed, such as fresh water, tuktuk drive(free to town and back) etc. We unfortunately got food poisoning during our stay and the staff saved us by bringing medicine late at night as we could not move. Could not recommend this place more!

Everything was great. The service was excellent and the room was amazing.

Very nice location with amazing sunset. The glamping hotel is new and they are still finishing building it so there were some issues both with the rooms (room lock without proper card but a very hard and strange key, unstable bathroom’s faucet and hot water in the shower with a very unusual control system) and the staff, who asked multiple times if we had payed the room already with Trip and asked for proof of payment. Other than that, it is a pleasant choice for the nice location and the decoration style. The offer a free shuttle service to the town but you need to wait some time usually. In alternative, when u come back to the hotel you will need your walk up to a bit steep road because the tuck tuck will not be able to come all the way up, but it’s not too bad) They also borrow a free towel that u can bring with you to other beaches. They did not clean the room daily and they said the service needed to be requested because they wouldn’t enter the room without permission. Also the reception is not open 24h which is a bit unconvenient and they would ask to text on whatshapp. For the price paid and considered how expensive it was for philippines, I would have expected less issues but I would still recommend it for a nice staying in el nido.

The environment is very good and clean. It is a very special accommodation experience. The only downside is that there is no clear hotel entrance sign and it is up the mountain. Fortunately, we rented a motorcycle to make it easier to get in and out of the hotel. The swimming pool and restaurant are great. It is rarely quiet.

This is complete delight!!!! We were accommodated in a stunning Jungle room with a fantastic view of the sea. The room is located very conveniently, next to the reception and the check-in at the very top. You need to go downstairs to get to the restaurant and the pool, it’s easy to go down but harder to go up. Amazing view, clean pool. They quickly and freely provide a tricycle for going down to the nearest beach, shops, excursions…. There are scooter rentals nearby; we rented them and rode with our families. We thank the staff for the delicious breakfasts; you can order at a certain time and not have to wait for it to be prepared. We ordered many different dishes and everything was very very tasty. Especially fresh mango.

The price is a bit high, but the service is better than the price. Staff who are willing to help you with anything, a view as beautiful as tears, delicious breakfast, it was a stay that had nothing missing. However, when you return to the accommodation after 10 o'clock, it can be a little scary to have to walk up from the hotel entrance! (I was scared because I was alone + the typhoon issueㅠㅠ) If you go to the front desk from morning to night and say you want to go downtown, they will give you a free hotel tricycle ride. Of course, it's a round trip! 😀 The view is really pretty because it's on a hill, and birds wake me up every morning with their songsㅎㅎ I woke up every morning feeling like a fairy. The water comes out well, and the bedding is very clean and cozy. You can choose from American, Filipino, vegan, etc. for breakfast, and you can eat it at the restaurant (with a pretty view) or take it to go and eat it in your room! I was so sad to go to another hotel during my trip to El Nidoㅠㅠ If I go to El Nido, this is a hotel I will definitely stay at again.
