"We travelled there with our mother and son for a short break. Our good friend, a medical doctor recommended this thermal to us. The price was reasonable. Rooms were extra-large. All having a living room and a kitchen inside the room. Breakfast ended at 12:00 noon time. All material used was high-class. Everywhere was always very clean. Staff was friendly. The restaurant served upper high-end food for a reasonable price. Access to nearby locations was easy to drive. There were several museums as tourist attraction. The air was clean due to the Ida Mountain so was the thermal area too. We plan to go back there soon again."

"The service on New Year's Eve 2026 was terrible. The appetizers were very bad. There was insufficient staff. We came because the hotel served alcohol. It was a place that served alcohol on New Year's Eve, but they banned alcohol the next morning, supposedly a concept change. We waited in line for an hour for pide and pizza. All the guests complained. I will definitely not go again. The rooms were clean. There were no activities for children. The children's thermal pool was closed, it was just for show. The food and drinks were awful. Important details: The thermal pool is open until 8 pm. It closes in the evening when you need to use it. There are no activities. Absolutely do not go. Whoever the owner is, they don't understand hotel management. They can't even find a general manager. A DISGRACEFUL HOTEL."

"Areas like a labyrinth to go to the hotel, car parks, strange trouble, hotel failure, do not be deceived by images, bathrooms are too narrow and careless, rooms are old, we enter in the entrance neither welcome nor a right guard, no lift, breakfast is not very good, Sorry, breads are not cheap, tea is not tasteful, it is not worth money, the sea is not open to the people, we don't like it. The refrigerator doesn't cool."

"Worst Hotel in Türkiye. Although pleasantly received at reception, that was as good as it got. Other than simply to say we enjoyed most times on the beach on a glorious sunny day. Torture was to come almost Guantanamoesque music played all night when tried to sleep. Breakfast was adequate as was the room. We were driving through Türkiye so luckily stayed 1 night only That was enough for us & were pleased when we drove off I guess we should have been warned if not provided alternative room but the management had no desire to ease the pain, so it gets my terrible rating. I would not recommend this Hotel but if you are young/high on adrenalin/no time or need for sleep this the place for you. Research area before you book Beach area is beautiful & abundance restaurants around to enjoy"
