Ulasan Yotel Edinburgh

Kamar bersih dan cukup besar. Kopi swalayan gratis di bar (meskipun itu tidak disebutkan sebelum check in). Dari segi makanan, tidak banyak variasi di bar. Dapat ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki dari Princes Street.

Hotel yang sangat nyaman terletak di bagian kota yang lebih baru. Banyak restoran dan toko di sekitar, semuanya bisa dicapai dengan berjalan kaki! Kamarnya tidak terlalu besar tetapi sangat nyaman dan modern. Menyukainya!

Well didn't had a very good experience. Reason being the below: - because the hotel in the name of sustainability and environmental friendly ignores all your requests. - we requested a room with twin bed which over call was confirmed and later when we were at the property we were denied stating that the rooms are all full - we were told that there 200 customers always waiting for them to refill the room soo thats the reason they really cannot help us. And they signalled us if we want we can change the hotel but refund cannot be promised since the booking is not directly don't from them - in washroom the towels were dirty water kept running in commode non stop. - I paid another 200 euros upfront to help myself and the same issue was being seen there as well. -- overall a very bad experience with staff available 24/7 just to come with fancy words to deny ur request in the name of that there waiting list is high and we can change the hotel without any refunds. I will ensure that this complaint has been escalated to the highest point and will post the same on there website as well as google review as well.

The location of the hotel was ideal to visit the sights we wanted too in the City. Room was clean and had everything we needed for the trip.

Towel was dirty and room service cleaner was rude.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The location was very convenient - close to lots of popular spots. It’s a cute and cozy place, perfect for a solo traveler. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay, which made my first solo trip even more special. The staff were lovely and happy to help with any questions. I’ll definitely recommend this place to others and would love to come back again next time. Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience staying at YOTEL Edinburgh! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, modern, and very well-designed with smart space-saving features. I especially loved the adjustable smart bed and the mood lighting—super cool and comfortable! The Wi-Fi was fast, and the TV had great entertainment options.

Great three nights away, perfect location to city centre amenities. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend

I stayed second time in Yotel Edinburgh during my trip in Scotland since I wanted to be Edinburg the first and last night when I returned to London. Yotel is a nice hotel with location right in the downtown and good for me since I took bus in and out Edinburgh airport, but not perfect location if travelers take train.

Excellent location!!!

Generally very good. Very convenient and easy-use machine to check in and out Great bar and common area. Staff are very helpful even in the midnight.  The only problem is there is no place to heat the food up even we asked the staff to help

The room was very nice, it was clean, spacious. The bathroom is also good. They gave amenties even extra with asking and with the price it was a great hotel. The guy on the reception was very friendly. I would always choose this hotel again.

All other things are perfect except the air conditioner is not working well, a little bit cold in room, there’s no heater in room
