Overnight stay in central Edinburgh. Perfect location. Loved it! The view of the castle from our window - wow! Would defo come back. All staff really nice and helpful. Lovely swim before we left!

Great room that appears to have been recently renovated, clean and tidy, and the front desk lady was very nice; a wonderful experience.

Everything is perfect. only the curtain can't be closed competely.

Aside from house keeping seems to be busy as they just empty the bin only. Everythings are good. Never imagine there will be swimming and sauna facilitues in Edinburgh, Great! View is good, and a little duck and lavenda spray for your sleep, very warm welcome.

Highly recommended. The staff are so helpful and polite, they certainly made your feel so welcome and just make your day. Breakfast is included and is yummlilous! The coffee ,mocha and hot lchocolate are good too.

One night midweek stay. Room was spacious with a castle view. Great location. Facilities in the room were clean. Comfortable bed. The temperature of the room could be controlled. Receptionists were very helpful both at check in and check out. Printed a document I needed for flying. Sorry I did not get the names of the 2 receptionists who helped me. Friendly and chatty, very kind. Thank you. I didn’t read the blurb about the hotel but don’t struggle up the stairs, there is a ramp at the side of the hotel by the car park giving easy access into the hotel.

House Keeper Maya is very helpful and friendly. She greeted us with smile while meeting her up at the corridor and she offer if we wanted to refresh our room and she did a fantastic service she cleaned and tidy up our room nicely, very organized. She’s amazing!!!

This is really a quality hotel and I enjoyed the stay here. We feel comfortable and I suggest this hotel

Lovely two night stay. Great location and service. Room was comfortable but small.

A really bad experience- I was unable to stay in the room and checked out within 10 minutes. The room was extremely hot with no ventilation (beware this hotel has no air con). The French window opened only an inch and banged loudly against the sill repeatedly when open. The room was very small and dated. The customer service was poor - no one seemed to care that the room was unbearably hot/ offer an apology or an alternative solution.

Perfect location for a city break in Edinburgh. Helpful staff and clean room with a great view of the castle. Would definitely stay here again. Price for hotel breakfast seemed a bit expensive, but otherwise good value.
