Ulasan Hotel Indigo Edinburgh

The hotel decor, cleanliness, and ambience were all excellent. My only complaint was the bed ,it was the worst we have ever slept on. My husband and I spent the night holding on to the edge as it sunk so baddly in the middle. Our first night was in rm 105, we complained to reception and were moved to 203. However the bed was only marginally better. The headboard is also too far away from the bed,causing the pillows to fall down the back of the bed. I feel it is such a shame as everything else was so good. I would also like to compliment all of your staff, they were so well mannered, pleasant and professional. Please sort out your beds,it is so important and is the only thing letting your beautifull hotel down.

Lovely hotel, right in the centre of Edinburgh. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and were very helpful when planning what to do and see in the city.

設施：位置不錯，離主要旅遊景點都在步行路程內，房間很大，但老酒店內部走廊比較複雜容易走丟，而且需要上樓梯 衞生：很好，很乾凈 環境：很安靜 服務：每天都打掃，而且會送水，汽水和零食，很有誠意，在取寄存行李的時候前台會非常仔細確認

從火車站走過去大概十分鐘，好在是個下坡，拖着大行李箱也算沒有太痛苦吧。 酒店外牆正好在裝修，裏面沒有電梯。 好在前台態度非常好，還給我們升級了房型，也給提前了十幾分鍾入住。房間裏面就是所見即所得的連鎖酒店的樣子。

酒店的工作人員非常熱情，幫忙預訂了愛丁堡很火的牛排店，而且總是很耐心的回答各種問題。雖然房間有點小，但是酒店mini bar作為招待，免費提供了巧克力、水和飲料。總之非常滿意，下次還會繼續住在這裏

外面裝修，看着感覺一般。位置很方便，離火車站不遠，離汽車站也很近3分鐘就到了。房間很難找，跟迷宮一樣，自己沒找到，又找了服務員，才找到房間。設施較新，不過性價比不是太高，有點偏貴，可能是因為位置好。到各個景點也不遠，走路20分鐘。

沒有電梯不太方便，建築裏面跟地道戰一樣樓梯一會兒上一會兒下，房間很難找，作為一個近1000一晚的房間，性價比極低。酒店地理位置比較好找，距離waverly火車站走路10分鐘左右。前台工作人員熱心。

地理位置不錯，近王子街，走路過去幾分鐘吧。酒店也很乾凈，中間有點小插曲，房間空調不熱，升級後的房間也很暗，換了房，解決的也不錯。整體還是比較滿意的。

位置挺好，房間很小，一張小小的雙人床，幾乎沒有剩餘空間，兩人入住連行李箱都沒有地方放。臨街的電車軌道比較吵，睡覺要關窗，早餐還可以，是自己點餐和自助相結合。

戲劇節定的，性價比一般，但也沒辦法了
