Stage Coach Lodge was a nice place to stay. The room had a modern feel, was clean, and the bed was super comfortable. As a solo traveler, feeling safe is important to me, and I felt very safe. I couldn’t hear other guests or traffic, so that’s great, too. The people working there were kind and helpful. There is no elevator, but they had a guy take my suitcase up to my room. So if you can’t do stairs, you’ll need to ask for ground floor.

A great little place in Monterey. We were driving down the coast and stopped here for the night. The rooms are very nice and well maintained. Each room has a name, ours was the "Jellyfish Room". They have small pool, but it was too chilly for a swim. There was plenty of parking and we had a great stay. Highly recommended, would stay at again if we are in the area.

My wife I arrive the hotel at 8pm on Oct 14. We'd like to be given a quite room as my wife has sleep disorder. The manage helped us to find a room meet our demand. Their customer service is impressive and appreciated. I'd like to recommend this hotel to others and will choose them if i visit the town again.

We only stayed for one night at the Stage Coach Lodge. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Had everything you need for a short break, from coffee making machine, fridge and microwave. Had nice towels and shower gels. Our room was ready on arrival, earlier than expected. Receptionist very helpful.

Somewhat up-to-date interior but, unfortunately, the bed here was too firm for me and made for uncomfortable sleep. Also could have used a kettle for tea. The location is also awkward, being located right by freeway entrance and exit. Making a left when leaving the property onto Camino Aguajito was basically impossible.

This is a super hotel. Very helpful staff who gave us tips on restaurants and activities. We arrived after a few hours driving as part of our California road trip - weather was super warm and so handy that the hotel has a swimming pool (medium / small in size) The walk to Fisherman's wharf is approximately 20 minutes - beach 10/15 minutes. Rooms are reasonable in size and the hotel is quite modern and very clean. Coffee available in reception. Plenty of parking is available on site. I would definitely return to this hotel again.

This is a such a lovely place to stay with friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and easy access to the main sights in Monterey. Very good value for money and good car parking too. We would highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area.

Easy access off the highway and a short walk or drive into downtown. The room was updated, clean and included all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable with a range of pillows. The bath linens were soft and sufficient quantity. The work area was comfortable with good lighting.

Solid choice for Monterey, considering it's very reasonably priced. Clean rooms, good location, basic amenities and comfortable bed. In room coffee machine. Outdoor corridor, plenty of parking. I would stay there again. Good for a short stay.

Had a double queen room for 2 adults a 15 and 10 year old. Rooms were cleaned daily. Beds were big, but did mean limited floor space. Had laundry and ice facilities, and coffee in reception. Location was a short drive from the wharf but very convenient to main highway. Was a small pool, but we didn't use.

We were happily surprised with our stay! This cute place is well-maintained, very clean, and the rooms are very comfortable with beautiful bathrooms. We asked to check on early and check out late, and we were accommodated with a smile. We highly recommend!!!
