Ulasan Hotel Collins

Karena fasilitasnya belum ada mesin cuci, pengering dan oven baru, saya kasih bintang 4, tapi ada fasilitas lain. Tidak ada staf layanan. Tidak ada seorang pun di konter setelah jam 9 malam hingga jam 9 pagi, jadi saya memberikannya 4 bintang, tetapi stafnya sangat ramah.

Great location for theatres & all things in the city. Great customer service on check in. Neat & tidy room. Quiet room. Nice strong hot shower.

Good place to stay it and nice to meet anything

Great location and size of room was spacious. Facilities were clean and heater was effective for winter. Centrally located opposite Dior and along shopping street. However, maintenance can be improved as our living room light was spoilt, the door between the living room and bedroom cannot be closed completely and the switch to the induction stoves were wrongly connected (which caused my food to be overcooked and I nearly burnt myself as I thought a stove was off when it was in fact on...). But staff is receptive to feedback and overall, still recommended

地段很好離市區裡面的景點很近！ 附近也有很多好吃的餐廳都開到蠻晚的 附近精品店都都裝潢精緻漂亮 Check in時間到晚上8點 可以打電話給櫃檯人員預約自行check in 還算方便 暖氣也很暖

酒店在市中心，出行非常方便。墨爾本City很小，這個地方走走就都能到了。環境衞生也不錯，朋友説挺好的。
