The location was amazing, super close to the city center, the stuff was very helpful, the room was clean and cozy and it had everything you could ever need.

It is situated in a prime location. Everything is easily accessible. The room is cleaned. However, the entrance of the hotel is a bit obscure. It is quite annoying especially when it is raining and you have a few pieces of luggage to carry. Not full set of amenities is provided. Other than that, I think it is a good choice for sightseeing around Edinburgh.

Near to train station. can pick a train anytime to enjoy trips. Cosy room. Can cook some food easily and they have John Lewis just downstairs.

The location is good. Clean room, bed is good. Spacious, and staff was kind. Coffee was good at the reception and grab and go breakfast was generous though it was just a croissant bread. Over all like it.

Our room is good with a good view of Carlton hill and all the staff are nice and enthusiastic. Easy checkin and out.
