The staff at this hotel could not have been more helpful. When I realised I had brought the wrong phone charger to London, the member of staff let me borrow his so I could charge my phone. The staff were also flexible in letting me book in for breakfast on the morning. The rooms were pretty standard for a Premier Inn, you can always rely on a comfortable bed and a well equipped bathroom even if it is a bit basic. As much as the staff were great, and there was nothing wrong with the hotel, I am not sure I would stay here again because the area did not feel safe. During my stay, someone had their van broken into in the car park outside of the hotel.

Room smells dusty, carpet dirty especially under beds. bathroom gutts is moldy. No extra pillows (booked as a family room). Vent in aircon is dusty as well. Parking for guests are limited. Reception not that welcoming. I cant recommend staying in this hotel.

I have stayed here numerous times over the last 4 months. The customer service is absolutely amazing. The staff are always so helpful, especially Aulona and Ransalu The food isn't the best but ok as far as hotel food goes, the chefs have been known to be fairly loud having arguments in the kitchen, which is distracting when trying to enjoy a peaceful evening meal. The occasional hair in the bed doesn't help but is easily rectified by the helpful staff. But overall it is a very good hotel to stay at.

Would ordinarily give a decent review very good location for north and central London if using public transport and on the whole have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. HOWEVER second time stayed this year and there is a major problem with damp smell in this hotel. First stay was January and room on 3rd floor ha ad awful damp smell with no ventilation. Thought it was towels which they changed for me when I asked but that didn’t sort it. Just stopped on second floor and though room itself was fine same awful damp smell in communal lift / area. Can only assume there’s been a leak at some point. This really needs sorting as spoils an otherwise good place.

customer service is outstanding and she is always willing to step into a file. And specially thanks to Priyanka (Receptionist) ,She is focused on providing great customer service and is always willing to help and She was a customer oriented and always found innovative solutions to customer's problems.

There is an amazing stay at premier Inn hotel, all the staff and reception and food.. everything is just perfect for me. And add more to thanks to PRIYANKA whose on reception on that day.i surely want to visit again this place.Highly recommended.

As expected at a Premier Inn, clean and tidy, good location for my needs, helpful staff and parking available. Bed was comfortable and despite being on a main road, sound-proofing was excellent. Good value for money.

From vans getting broken into in the car park to rude staff who think it’s a hassle to serve you. Stay well clear! £15 per night to park and all contractors were having to take all of the contents into the hotel in fear of being stolen during the night. The only decent thing the staff done was told people that there was a risk of parking! Even the rooms are dated.Very poor!!!!

No hot water on day 3 of my stay, restaurant closed so no evening meal or breakfast the the next day.No offer of compensation just an early check out. Had to find another hotel. The hotel was not the best, poor decor etc.

Lovely and bright room. Double bed was large. Extra duvet available. Bathroom was nice and clean, with shower unit. All amenities I needed. Safe parking in my opinion. Need to use key card for lights and the lift. Great stay, will use again.

We had an interesting stay here. We booked 4 nights/5 days here. My husband was working and I was staying here with him. His company booked and paid for the hotel. Breakfast was not included. On the third morning I woke to no hot water. I mentioned this when I went downstairs to reception as I was leaving for a day out. The manager was hassled but told me the boiler was not working and had no idea when it would be fixed. We returned at 4pm. No communication signs about it and nothing under the door, but the water was still cold. We had theatre tickets booked so had to boil the kettle and run the worlds smallest bath so we could get freshened up. The manager remained harassed telling me about his awful day, no food available and no offer of solutions in terms of booking us alternative accommodation or reimbursing the costs for the lack of available water/food/amenities. The water was fixed at 8pm apparently and there were some signs in the lifts by the time we left for the theatre to communicate the issue to guests. I had to ask the manager if we could have breakfast as some sort of recompense for the inconvenience of the issue. He did agree to this with some hesitation. He again told me about his late night and early start. I understand that a broken boiler cannot be helped. However the communication was poor and the help/advice/recompense for guests was really poor. I expect more from Premier Inn. The room was clean. The bathroom smelt like an old mop-I think something has leaked somewhere in there. The tap in the sink is blocked with lime scale and squirts water everywhere. Not the best Premier Inn I’ve stayed in, but comfortable beds and a quiet room.

We stayed in this hotel just before Christmas to meet my brother’s family to go to the Christmas fair in London I must say I was very surprised very clean and cool beds and breakfast was fantastic. Car park was not great but staffs were very nice and friendly and quiet hotel I must say.

This is a basic hotel with rooms that need refreshing in terms of decoration and showering facilities. Staff are friendly and breakfast was very good. Bed was high and comfortable. Plates left outside a room were not removed during an overnight stay.
