It was quiet and clean even though it was under renovation. Mr Neftaly, their duty manager was very helpful in expediting our check-in.

Hotel was relatively huge and clean, parking area provided too

Construction and the outside of the property didn’t seem lit enough. I felt unsafe walking from my vehicle to the entrance.

The staff was super friendly and my room was excellent The only thing bad I have to say about this location is, that there is no sign on the front that I saw to let me know that that was the Hampton Inn Unless you have the address on your GPS, you would not find it

I tried to extend my stay but I lost my bank card. They wouldn’t let me pay Apple Pay which is what I payed with initially. You never know what someone is going through. Me and my daughter’s needed a get away and they just disappointed to the max. More stress than needed.

This property is undergoing renovation and has been for some time. There is very little parking because of storage containers all around it. It should be closed for construction, or at least far more reduced rates. I would not recommend it at least until 2025. Project seems to be moving slowly.

No frills hotel that's near the Barstow Outlet. If you need a safe, clean, easy-to-get-to place to spend the night in Barstow, this will do.

Once the remodeling is completed, it might be a good place to stay. The restroom in the lobby wasn’t in service. When we got to our room, it was still being cleaned. After 15 minutes, we got in but there was no TV remote. I went back downstairs and got a remote but it didn’t work. Back downstairs, I got a new room but then the key didn’t work. Back downstairs I got working keys. The staff were friendly but the system wasn’t working. We heard upstairs footsteps even with earplugs in. Breakfast was just OK. The scrambled eggs were wet and tasteless.

Property is under renovations therefore some parking is being taken up and lobby restrooms are closed. Overall, great experience! Went off-roading and stayed there for the weekend. Booked 4 rooms for a large group and all guest were satisfied with their room quality.

property was being remodeled. daughter accidentally touched a light switch area in lobby that didn't have a cover on it and it shocked her.

It was great! Neftaly was amazing! Great customer service! Our tv didn’t work and he came and set it all up!
