Bad experience! When paying by card, the price is higher by 3% for accommodation and 10% in the restaurant. The mirror in the toilet is unusable, water is leaking from the shower faucet, the furniture is old... Only excelent location and friendly staff.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Location is awesome and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was very cozy and most importantly clean. Couldn’t wish for a better place to stay. Really recommend paying a visit

This is the best hotel from what I have stayed in Albania. The location was perfect, beach front, which was very relaxing and quiet. Everything was perfectly clean and neat and the staff was very helpful and kind. The cuisine was my favourite, the meals were fresh and delicious. I had an amazing stay and will come again in the future.

pas de services, pas de sourires rien! cela fais des année que je passe par là , rénovation du bar de plage en 2023 mais pas de douche sur leur plage depuis l'année passé et je reviens juste de là et toujours pas de douche sur leur plage privé!!!. les patrons sont vraiment pas sympa et le personnel est vraiment pas bien non plus. les plats sont pas bon du tout. un hôtel connu depuis des année ils seraient temps que les gens boycotte cet hôtel. quand il fais 40° et que vous chercher a vous rafraichir, pas d'eau , pas douche et vous payé vos places et il n'on aucun respect quand vous leur demandé le moindre truc.

L’hotel è uno dei migliori della zona, servizi efficienti, buona la pulizia, personale sempre gentile e sempre disponibile. Colazione eccellente. Mare splendido a due passi dall’hotel. Nota dolente: a maggio avevamo prenotato una camera vista mare pagata in anticipo ma all’ arrivo ci viene comunicato uno scambio di camera con una non vista mare. La reception si giustifica affermando di averci inviato una mail informandoci del cambio camera che ho verificato non essere vero. Furbescamente hanno “privilegiato” altre persone a mio discapito ( ero italiano !!). E poi , la com’era vista mare costa di più di quella NON vista mare.? Quindi cambiare si; ma alla pari: VISTA MARE CON VISTA MARE. Invece è stato VISTA MARE CON VITA MURO. Non sono stati corretti.
