Overall my daughter and I enjoyed our stay, with these side notes!
1.The swimming pool temperature of the water was so cold that my 11 year old wouldn’t get into it.
2. The heat in our room 522 took hours to kick in(not until mid morning)
The water pressure in the shower was so weak we could barely wash/rinse our hair! And there was basically no hot water!
3. Lastly. The breakfast was very disappointing! The powdered eggs were cold(tasted terrible) they only had one strength of coffee in 2 containers (Bold) neither I or my girlfriend drink it and it tasted horrible!
With all of that being said I’m leaving the stay with mixed emotions! We were both definitely impressed with the facility but the amenities that came alone with the stay were very disappointing!

Very well appointed hotel. Our room was very nice and appreciated having the toilet area separate from the main bath area. Two separate sitting area’s nice as well.

The hotel was nice! It wasn't as spacious as most of the other Springhill Suites that I have stayed at. The breakfast was pretty good. The area was nice and so much to do. The hot tub was fabulous, but the pool looked dirty. Overall, I had a great trip.

My roommates and I got a hotel room cause our power was out. We brought our devices and charged everything. I left early the next morning to catch a flight and wasn’t there to double check the room. My roommate left his stream deck by accident. I called the day after we checked out and they said they’d check and call me back, no one ever called. I called a few hours later I was told the same thing and they left me a message saying nothing was found. We have searched everything… the last time it was played was while we were there. A thing like that doesn’t just disappear. Horrible horrible reliability.

Came to visit our daughter at Chris**as and had a very nice 3 night stay at the SpringHill Suites in Durham. From check-in to check-out everything was as we would expect it. All of our experiences with the staff were very positive. Room was large and comfortable. Plenty of light in the room which is sometimes an issue. Very clean and everything worked. Breakfast each morning was a very nice touch. Better than most breakfasts we've experienced over the years. Hotel was very convenient to food, shopping and the interstate. Would definitely stay here again.
