Our stay was amazing
The owners are very approachable
They allow dogs, and you are greeted at reception from Alfie( the dog)
Close to everything
Easy to find
Will happily recommend to visitors and would love to stay again

The room has good hygiene as well good kitchen, friendly staff but poor wifi. Overall value for money.

這個酒店是本次新西蘭旅遊體驗最差的，老闆用英語問我們是2個人嗎？第一時間沒反應過來，他立馬説難道你們不是人？ 開始以為他是老外的幽默，沒在意。 後面晚上房間沒有熱水了，去問他他還發脾氣對我們吼來吼去，説打攪他休息了，這時候就覺得這個人是討厭的。這個老闆説熱水每個房間就一小水箱熱水，用完就沒有了，搞得一晚上都沒洗澡。差評～千萬別去！

Centrally located, clean. Wifi a bit patchy in some places. Owner was really responsive and attentive. Double glazing helps a lot with noise being on main road. Stayed here twice and would definitely stay again. Recommended

A lovely one night stay in a standard studio apartment. The room was very clean and tidy. Hosts very pleasant and helpful. Easy parking on the premises.

Amongst the most friendly motels I have ever had the pleasure to stay at. Excellent local knowledge and advice on places to go, things to see and places to eat. Great location only a very short walk from anything you could want; gardens, restaurants, takeaway options, and a 10-15min short stroll to central Dunedin (the Octagon). Motel itself is kept very clean and is comfortable.
