It has great lake view, we enjoyed having breakfast there :) The room is spacious with all the needed ammonites.

這裏的員工態度還行。住這交通還算方便。 不過酒店裡的衞生就堪憂啊，一樓充滿奇怪的味道。房間就中規中矩，設施比較舊。

這酒店地毯很臟的感覺，一股濃濃的的“味道”. 不過位置還不錯，對面就有中餐館。 房間也算大，有沙發。 不過這邊住的人感覺都很雜，什麼人都有。

Beware! This place was a total ripoff, I called ahead to the front desk to make a reservation for that night. They quoted me a price of $59.06. The next morning they gave us a receipt for $59.06. Our credit card bill, however, was for $106.15. They added a reservation fee of $17.99 from the front desk and $29.10 in taxes and fees. I'm glad we paid with a credit card... they're contacting the extra charges.

Our stay was okay. There was a gentleman sleeping in the lobby for about 2 hours while we were there. That was really creepy. It was evening. The person behind the desk didn't seem to think it was weird. He was there when we checked in about 7:00pm. He was there when we went to get something to eat, and he was there when we got back around 8:30 pm. The lobby was very small. The room was okay. Bathroom and bed were clean. The furniture in our room was nasty looking. I think this hotel needs sprucing up.

Very nice staff! Nice and quiet neighborhood right by a lot of shopping places. Rooms are very spacious and beds are comfortable. Check in and check out fast with no hassles! Highly recommend this hotel to other tourists. Breakfast everyday ready and served by 6:30am

I am in the Atlanta area once a month. this hotel may not be the fanciest but is the friendliest. It's clean and the folks who run it are great. I would recommend this as a great place to stay. In fact they keep it up very well. They do have a breakfast available and are pet friendly. It's a bargain price and all the amenities you really need.

The staff was inviting, the transactions were smooth. The grounds were clean and it's located right off the road, hard to miss. The the room was clean and cozy. The Bathroom was clean and presentable. The eggs at the complimentary breakfast were over cooked, the coffee was decent along with the tea. I would stay again, when in the area.

Hotel rooms needs to renovated. Showed a lot of ware and tear. Not what I expected of a Choice Hotel Brand. I was expecting more. Bathroom showed alot of patch over work that should have been totally replaced and not repaired. Towels were rough with an odor.

The room was very nice for the price I paid. The staff was very pleasant very attentive. I recommend this place if you're visiting the Duluth area on a budget. It's certainly a needle in a haystack. The choice brand hotels are independently owned and operated. Often I run into an issue of bei g treated fairly.

Good place to stay, bathroom lil run down, they didn’t want a ridiculous deposit like other Chiloice motels in the area. Overall great stay and will be back didn’t eat breakfast so couldn’t tell you about that but it looked like it would have been good

The hotel lobby smelled like bleach so we assumed it was clean, however when we went into our room we realized that was not the case. There was dust on the lamps. I wiped the table with a Clorox wipe and it turned brown. The tub was dingy and had paint chips. Overall the room was filthy. Hair was on the bed. My son checked into his room and found mildew in the room. I proceeded to check out because we could not stay there. I was given a receipt showing a refund that I never received. This place is trash. Don’t stay here.

I DEFINITELY recommend. The front desk staff was so so nice the whole time. The hotel is VERY clean and kept together. It smells good. I came with 2 dogs and The house keeper swept and moped the room so so good you couldn't tell there were pets. The beds were VERY comfortable. I sat by the pool and did some work and while there the staff was cleaning the pool so I know they take care of it. Only 1 complaint I have is the breakfast. The first day they have cereal with no milk, eggs and yogurt. That's all they had. The next day they got milk and had toast. I asked the staff what was up with that they said there was a problem with their delivery and apologized. They were so kind I just accepted it. Lol I'll be back in to GA in a few weeks and definitely will be staying there again I just hope they have the breakfast thing together. I definitely would recommend this choice hotel. Honestly it's one of the best choice properties, I've had many bad experiences with choices.
