Hotel ini mencolok dan pelayanannya sangat baik. Saya pergi berlibur jadi harganya sangat tinggi yaitu 19.000 RMB per malam untuk sebuah vila, tetapi rasio harga terhadap harga terlalu rendah dan tidak sebanding dengan harganya dihargai 2.000 RMB selama 90 menit. Infrastruktur spa terlalu buruk, saya pernah curiga itu hotel bintang lima? Terlalu sederhana

Sebelum naik kapal, saya pikir akan check in jam 3. Saya merasa tidak punya cukup waktu. Ternyata saya sudah check in di dermaga. Setelah sampai di hotel, pemandangannya tak tertandingi dan pelayanannya sangat detail. Setelah mandi dan mau makan, kamarnya dibersihkan bagian dalamnya dan handuknya dilipat lagi. Hanya ada dua restoran di pulau itu. Rasanya pada dasarnya sama dengan santapan di kota , atau bahkan lebih baik lagi. Sarapannya adalah makanan organik dan kaya nutrisi. Staf layanan profesional, kuat dan bertanggung jawab, dan seluruh perjalanan hotel sangat lancar dan nyaman. Penuh keikhlasan, mobil di-AC terlebih dahulu setelah meninggalkan pulau.

We had our corporate team building at the resort and it was so much fun. Alizee assisted with making sure we had everything we needed and even went all the way to ensure we have a smooth entertaining day ahead. They team building team JD, Irfan and Ocha were also amazing. Beautiful experience with the speed boat too!

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Luxury Price I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights, expecting a luxury experience, but was sorely disappointed. The only available room I was checked into had a terrible smell, and the only alternative required an extra charge despite which is unacceptable for a high-end establishment. To make matters worse, the hotel hosted a “last minute” wedding without informing guests in advance, thats two out of the three restaurants we’re not available to dine in. Limited dining options and an unpleasant room made for a frustrating stay in addition to waiting a hour for the main & eventually cancelling due to the wait. For the price, I expected much better service and transparency. Would not return.
