The breakfast is nice with so many good options & you can get both buffet & chef to make it for you. The room is nice, there’s a fridge & there is coffee, tea & water for free. Room is very clean & comfortable. The pool area is beautiful. The location is quite far from the Dubai Downtown but the metro is near, but I recommend just Uber or Taxi because the walk is very hot.

The reception service is quite slow. Overall is good. Please clarify their writing to room number and password because their writing is not clear. The bedroom and bathroom is big and clean.

Nice place, enough space, wifi is correct If you are sensible at night, take room with garden view as street view is very noisy

We celebrated our wedding anniv in this hotel. The staff are nice to guests; however, we just felt that they could offer more; however, it did not give us satisfaction in their overall service.I requested a simple cake or something for our anniversary since we chose to celebrate it their and I informed them in advance, but they gave us birthday cake. I don't want the staff to feel bad; that's why we took the cake and thanked them still. I felt that the amount we paid for this hotel was not worth it.

i have no hot water for two days,and there is no comb and toothbrush，in the last day，theyeven took my towel away

Only was here for a night because it was close to airport. Rooms are decent, did not give us 1 queen/king bed. Instead gave 2 double beds. Rooms are a bit dated but ok, did not have conditioner only shampoo. View is of the parking lot, gets loud early in the morning

It's a good hotel, nice service and good rooms. I just faced an early check-in problem because I was told that rooms are not available and waited for 30+ mins. Rest all okay.
