Lokasi bagus tapi layanannya sangat lambat

My second home, love this hotel. I like the Bars, restaurants and they have a very nice pool.

The check in done in a short time, although we reached the hotel around 3 and there were most of the people checking in. The room was not clean we found some dirt tissue, hair on the toilet, and chocolate on the floor. When we decided to check out we requested someone to help us with the luggage but we waited for half an hour and nobody came.

The Place is little far from center of the city, however the place never disappoints you as one of the calm places since in outskirts. Family and friends can definitely have fun and activity. Recommended, staff and service up to the mark only need to improve on room cleanness a little more since property is getting older now.

Hotel prices are exaggerated compared to services... There are mosquitoes in the hotel

Room is spacious and the bed and pillow is super comfortable. However, this location is far from everywhere and the building is old. Breakfast is just normal and not much of variety.

A unique experience at this luxury resort. The rooms size and amenities are great.

The hotel services were terrible. A receptionist and manager in morning shift were not really in a good mood. They don't have service-minded, and they were so rude! The manager shouted at me for no reason. I felt so disappointed with this kind of services I got from 5 stars hotel, felted like 1 star hotel staffs and manager. The bathroom door was locked me inside, felted so awful stuck in there for a while. Until the engineer needed to break the door to get me out. After that they didn't even offer us a new room to move to. Not really come and apologise for what happened. This is a safety issue that really need to be concerned about.
