this room was particularly small and certainly won’t be booking this one again but the hotel overall is excellent and I would stay again. 

Bit noisy in the room due to the sound from the clubs if you are light sleeper do not book this place as the noise is terrible Great location near the metro and restaurants around and shopping places around

Nice clean and tidy

The worst ever hotel I can visit in my whole life . The hotel was so old the rooms were a big disappointment. Bed was too old pillow was smelling bed sheets got stains even the blanket was just bedsheets and Walls are damaged , doors damaged , even we seen some spit on walls, bathroom was more disgusting. It was a bad decision to book that hotel. Even when we ask the receptionist to change the room and they refused that this is the last room they have. I think trip.c should remove this hotel from their list it’s not a place where people will pay to stay n spend some quality times. I wanna actually claim refund for this.

Удобно расположен. Рядом станция метро. Завтраки скудные, но перекусить можно. Номер просторный, чистый.

800多元房間一般，旁邊KTV太吵，而且吵至凌晨三點，睡不着覺

This review is for Cow Boy Sport Bar! If you're looking for a budget-friendly bar, this is the perfect place. Located in the President Hotel in Karama, Cowboys offers great combo deals. Their newest deal is a main course + drink for just AED 49, available all day, every day. This cozy spot has friendly staff, combo deals, and a pool table. Despite its unassuming exterior, it's a great place to relax with friends or have a quiet drink. Worth a visit if you're in Karama!

My comments based on our family trip in Feb 2024 1. Rooms • Big and good enough for 2 pax • Clean with good facilities. • Toilet also clean. 2. Perfect location. 2-3 mins walk to metro station and very nearby to restaurants. 3. Masala tea was good. Almost repeated breakfast menu on the next day but overall, very nice and tasty. 4. Receptionist handles in professional manner. Very helpful person. 5. Wifi connection was good.

Front office staff is very nice very kind and helpful special thanks to sweta she is very kind. The room was very good value of money. Housekeeping staff is very nice very clean room wonderful hospitality at the hotel front desk staff is very welcoming. The location was very good you can find everything it's near by close to the metro so many options for food outside of the hotel.

Excellent hotel , excellent location with good views , excellent food, excellent staff specially receptionist Ms Sweta, she is a very helpful, prompt behaviour,nice lady... Like to prefer this hotel to everyone, like to come this hotel again and again..

Front desk crew is fantastic specially Naina ensured the smoothness of transaction. This is one of my finest experience in Dubai till date. Even Holiday inn was not comparable with respect to courtesy of this hotel. This shows even though rooms are small but a quality crew can fix up all gaps.

Wonderful hospitality at the hotel. The food was extremely good and the rooms were clean and huge. Will surely book the same whenever I visit Dubai. Highly recommended and specially thanks to Receptionist staff this very helpfully
