Ulasan Al Khoory Executive Hotel, Al Wasl

Pada hari check-out, meja depan terus menelepon dan mendesak. Saya merasa itu mengerikan dan tidak toleran terhadap para tamu. Setelah memeriksa beberapa menit kemudian, saya terus menelepon untuk mendesak. Layanan keseluruhan dapat diterima. Pembersih sangat profesional dan pembersihan sangat bersih.

Pengalaman itu bagus. Staf sangat baik dan akomodatif tetapi saya tidak diberi kamar dengan balkon yang saya harapkan dan TV bukan smart tv ada 2 di kamar tetapi kami tidak dapat menggunakannya karena salurannya dalam bahasa arab dan kita tidak bisa memahaminya. Tolong buat tv Anda untuk digunakan semua orang tidak hanya untuk mereka yang berbicara bahasa arab. Tempat itu bersih dan dengan ruang yang besar. Itu nyaman.

Resepsionis tidak membantu, dia bahkan tidak membantu kami atau menemukan cara jika ada kamar tambahan.. karena kami tiba di lokasi jam 6 pagi, pemesanan kami dikonfirmasi untuk jam 2 siang.. kenapa hotel lain dapat melakukan hal seperti itu dan Anda tidak bisa?? Rating sangat buruk untuk hotel ini..

Saya tidak tahu apakah saya bisa berhenti untuk sarapan. Di sebelahnya ada rumah sakit. Banyak makanan di luar.

The hotel is very nice. The staff is very good. The only problem was that the room we stayed in had a heavy smell of humidity. Since we did not stay for a long time, it was not a problem. Thank you

The suite I stayed in was beautifully decorated, and every detail was meticulously thought out. The staff was incredibly attentive and provided exceptional service throughout my visit. The restaurants offer a wide range of culinary delights, and the spa is an oasis of relaxation. Dubai is the place to be in!

Nice clean and budget hotel not far away from city center. Staff was friendly and helpful.

this is the 2nd time my family stayed here. room is clean. the only problem is the ac. it's not cooling at all. maintenance did fixed it after several calls and they opened the ac control inside the bathroom ceiling.

Wonderful place, close to la mer, WiFi is good, services too. I would recommend to stay

For the 2nd time, I booked our hotel accommodation at Al Khoory Executive in Dubai thru this app, Trip.com. It was very easy and I received instant confirmation. Love this hotel because of the location; convenient to shops, restaurants and exploring this part of Dubai! The staff are amazing! The breakfast buffet is great as well. It was well worth our stay! I will definitely rebook and stay at this hotel again in the future! 😍
