Hotel is close to several restaurants and is rightly located.. hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. Rooms could probably get a makeover to support different power adapters for international travellers. Rooms were clean and maintained every day Overall very satisfied .. will definitely come back here in future and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a central location in Dubai at affordable prices.

Really my stay in Greand excelsior hotel was amazing from every side from the nice staff and best mangment soo kindly spically mr swapnil and mr Haitham they are the best they take care of us and provide us always nice rooms promsie this hotel deserves to Be rated atleast 5 stars im staying on this hotel more then I’m staying in my home and the food was really nice thank you so much

住過的最差的酒店！破的缺的舊的。每一天床頭上方的空調灰塵要掉到被子上，所謂大床是兩張小床拼的，書桌沒有凳子，衞生用品裡邊是空的，空調聲音像轟炸機；付款了4晚的房費，還有2晚，實在受不了，提前退房了。跟酒店經理Gamal聯繫了，態度很好，行動卻沒有！最差的酒店！

Останавливался в этом отеле на 3 ночи. Впечатления двоякие. Такое ощущение что отель застрял в прошлом. 4* наверное было актуально лет 10 назад - Расположение относительно неплохо, в плане магазинов, супермаркетов, перекусов. До пляжа далеко, возят от отеля. И в 2 торговых центра. По расписанию. - Номер Делюкс, большой, но не уютный, уставшая мебель и ТВ. Нет ни одного русского канала - Бассейн и сауна. Гуд для меня. Но опять же все уставшее и старое - Завтраки. 2 зала, европейский и индийский. Вроде как всё есть, но не особо вкусно. Сок бадяжат водой, в кофемашинке половина позиций скрыта. Экономят наверное - Есть клуб на 6 этаже, зашёл/вышел, на 1 этаже спорт бар (стакан хайнекен 43 дирхама) Итог: на пару ночей норм. Вернуться желания не вызывает. 4 звёзды было много лет назад
