Ulasan Grand Excelsior Hotel - Bur Dubai

Hotel staff service and attitude is bad air conditioning not working. If call to attend this no one came to see it till 40 minutes. If personal go to reception no one will . Old towel. No room sleepers.

Delayed service time, mean receptionist, no fetal kits . The rooms are really spacious and good

Hotel is close to several restaurants and is rightly located.. hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. Rooms could probably get a makeover to support different power adapters for international travellers. Rooms were clean and maintained every day Overall very satisfied .. will definitely come back here in future and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a central location in Dubai at affordable prices.

The Room were having foul smell and with very small washroom without much amenities.

Really my stay in Greand excelsior hotel was amazing from every side from the nice staff and best mangment soo kindly spically mr swapnil and mr Haitham they are the best they take care of us and provide us always nice rooms promsie this hotel deserves to Be rated atleast 5 stars im staying on this hotel more then I’m staying in my home and the food was really nice thank you so much

Stay was good, as average. ROOM Alooked to old. Morning breakfast is very nice.

В нашем номере не работал кондиционер, когда на улице было 23° в номере не более 17. Чинили напротяжении трёх дней. Хорошо убирают номера, каждый раз чистые полотенца, если вы их бросите на пол, заправленное белье, постоянно пополняется номер водой бутилированной. Завтраки вкусные, не скажу что разнообразные. И испанских блюд там не было, как ранее было указано в карточке номера.
