Lokasi bagus dekat Metro. Klub malam yang menyenangkan. Sayangnya staf malam akan mengganggu Anda, mencoba secara sporadis untuk membebankan biaya tambahan untuk tamu dan menjual terlalu mahal untuk layanan taksi mereka. Waktu yang menyenangkan tetapi hati-hati dengan praktik penagihan mereka yang dipertanyakan. Layanan spa sangat baik.

The location of the hotel is ideal because it is near to my sister's apartment. It is convenient as well because it is just in front of the metro station. Choosing a hotel in Dubai is not easy but this hotel is worth the price.
The staff are friendly and quite helpful too. Especially Mr Danny the bellman. He was the one who helped us from check in and checkout. We were worried about our transportation to the airport since its was the aftermath from the flood. But he made sure everything was taken care of, so it made the scenario abreeze. The other guy from the room service who we encounter for breakfast during our stay from April 14 was so helpful and considerate. Service in this hotel was good. Keep it up.
Just want to comment about the smoke smell in the hotel. I think its coming from the bar. My son has asthma and i have allergies so that is a little off for us. Other than that, our stay was worth it because the room was clean and spacious.

One of the best hotels In Dubai. Everything is superb, be it service, cleanliness, space, location, staffs etc. Had a wonderful ten days stay at this hotel.

酒店扣押護照，落地玻璃門關閉不了，樓下是本地酒吧有人**人羣，強制收費，攜程在明知有風險情況下還上架該酒店，在酒店管家協助要求報警才離店，未入住成功攜程拒絕退費已舉報
