It was a very pleasant stay. It takes 20 minutes to reach downtown if you're driving or taking a taxi, but pretty far away if you commute by bus and metro - it will take an hour and way more if there is a traffic jam. So if you consider getting around using public transport, then there might be better options. But overall, the staff is really nice and friendly, and staying at the Premier Inn chain is one of the best choices.

Smell of old sweage plant is bad when the wind blows towards the hotel ,, in room sofa couch and floor carpets were stained,, Parking assistance was good , helping park your car .other perimeir hotels in town are much better . Parking assistance

Got sent to the wrong room. Not off to a good start. At around 630am there was a very strong smell of poop/caca/shit and it woke me up. Couldn't sleep after that. Never again.

The smell outside the hotel is very bad. I lived there for 20 days the room is super clean and tidy and spacious

Amazing place to stay. My kids and i loved the family room! Breakfast was yummy! Thanks to the cleaners Daoraojana and Manjula, the room kept well maintained despite my kids missing it around every night! The receptionists were so helpful. I can't remember all names but mr. Roshan and the Egyptian were extremely helpful! Hotel even called me after i check out because my kids forgot their story book. The hotel is few steps from the Dragon mart, so shopping was so easy! I will return soon to this hotel.
